We stopped in for lunch. They make the food when you order it, so there’s a bit of a wait. But, we were clearly told how long a well-done burger would be, and the menu warns you to order the bread pudding in advance. So, the wait wasn’t a big deal. We came to eat and hang out and it was nice to have a comfortable sit in a nice room to plan where we were going. The meatloaf and mac and cheese were great. I forgot to get a picture before we dug in. We ate the bread pudding before I took a picture at all. It was also worth the wait. Overall a great lunch and fun time. The restrooms are in the little mall area outside.

This is a restaurant located inside the Mercantile on Main shopping mall; you'll know it when you see it, once you spot their large windows filled with people eating in comfortable booths, having a lovely outing. It makes one want to join in on the fun, and that's exactly what I did on my first night in Bisbee.

I was escorted to a seat that felt pretty close to the kitchen area, because I heard a lot of dishes, trays, etc. moving around, and at one point I heard something smash on the floor. Given the space of the restaurant, I don't expect this dilemma to be fixed, but the noise was a big distraction.

The server was friendly, and checked on me several times to make sure I was enjoying myself. I ordered an Austin Burger with a side of House Fries, and I also got to try their Mussels & Onion Rings. It was good, but I wouldn't say it was amazing. I didn't like one of the sauces that came with the fries; I honestly forgot what it was because I only tasted it one time and I didn't want to try it again. If I had to guess, it was probably ranch sauce.

At one point, I asked where their restroom was, and they said it was located on the 2nd floor of the mall. I went upstairs to that restroom, and it was unpleasant, from the visuals to the smell. There were no toilet covers, and in the compartment where they'd be at, someone put a random magazine in there. I know it's convenient to have that restroom as a mutual spot for all visitors to go to, and I also know that this is not exactly a fault with the restaurant, but it does have an effect on the overall experience. I would hope there's someone who's more vigilant in keeping the restroom supplied with hygienic items, making it smell nice, etc.

Fortunately, what matters most in this circumstance is how the restaurant was as a whole, and it was very clean & smelled pleasant. It has food that anybody could enjoy, and the service is efficient. While the quality of the food is average at best, I would still come to "Bisbee's Table" again if I was really hungry. Perhaps I just haven't found THE meal for me yet, and I'm open to giving this spot another chance.

Food was good. Loved the fried chicken sandwich. Their homemade pickles were so good. But service was bad. Super slow. Also brought some wrong food and some came out late. Also, do not order the campfire cocktail. It stated that it was a combination of bourbon and oak smoke. It was literally a shot of bourbon with a burnt piece of wood on it. No bitters or muddles. Shouldn’t even be on the cocktail list. The burnt wood dropped ash into the bourbon. I have had a lot of smoked cocktails. This was the worst one. I usually love them, they are my go to. This was a lame attempt. Not worth $14.

The food was so delicious. Bisbee itself is wonderful, so check this out while you’re in town! The pizza was absolutely amazing and well priced, and they have a good selection of wines. Definitely recommend!

The Good. Bacon wrapped dates were delicious. Got them with my charcuterie board and was the star of the dish. The jams that came with the board were also a delight. The burger was also another high point. Juicy and the pickles were a nice sweet & spicy combo.

The Meh. The cold cut meats on the board were OK. The cheese was cubed, so didn't work for layering on the pita to make a good bite. Fries are the battered kind that come frozen (not house made) and were crispy.

The Bad. The chicken sandwich is not worth $20. It was tiny and barely covered 2\3 of the bun. The chicken was dry and practically inedible. Some of the cheese was almost rock hard and tasted like it had been left out left uncovered in the fridge.

We got there a little after 12pm on a Saturday, it was a party of 8 people. We didn't wait long for a table, probably less than 5 minutes. The staff was really nice and friendly. The food came reasonably quick.

Really, it's a pretty great place. We once made a comment about one of the dishes. Not a complaint, but constructive criticism. We were thanked for our locals' opinion and offered a free dessert for our honesty. Only four stars due to cost. Tho very good, it's a bit pricey. Should stop using seed oils to fry things in.
