Waited 10 minutes with only one car in front of me and then the cashier asks me if I want to leave a tip on my card before I even have my drink and it's been 12 minutes at this point. Don't think I'll be back

This is by far my favorite biggby I’ve been to. The food is always soooooo good and fresh, the drinks are delicious, and the staff are so friendly!

Don't get me wrong, I love Biggby. However this location and I'm not sure about other locations but every time I go I get ASKED if I would like to leave a tip. Now I don't mind tipping at all, when the job is done good. However they ask me to tip before I've received any of my order. In my eyes this is not fair to the customer. First feeling the pressure to tip from a worker asking you directly when you don't even know if you'd like to. Not to mention half the time when I do receive my order it is wrong. Either has something I wanted removed or made incorrectly. For now they have given me no choice but to refuse Biggby my business. Which is saddening because the food is delicous.

My only complaint is that if you are driving with anything with a top rack you won't fit through the drive thru and you can't go in

I love Bigbty products. But my last couple of visits here, I usually go to Red bank, have been annoying in that they ask if you want to leave a tip. Owners have left comments on a few reviews here but they don't seem to address the numerous comments or complaints about employees begging for TIPS. It's tacky and shouldn't be done.

Stopped by this coffee shop for the first time yesterday to get a large sugar free mocha coffee. I did not go in but used the drive through so I cannot comment on the atmosphere. I can tell you the staff working the window were friendly and helpful. The drink was good and made to order correctly. I wish other coffee shops would offer sugar free syrup options but hey they are not Biggbys. This is a good alternative for your coffee fix and may even become your favorite. Give them a try!
