This hotel is a gem away from the main drag and busiest/traffic logged part of HWY-231. This makes it a quiet place to stay. Hats off to the ladies who clean the rooms. They do a great job. The linens are sparkling white, the surfaces and floors are clean, the bathrooms are clean and stocked and there are no strange odors or smoke smells. Same with the breakfast buffet and seating area, extremely clean with good coffee and food. The manager lady at the front desk, who has been there for at least the several years that I have been going as well as the ladies who prepare the breakfast are all very pleasant and welcoming. I have had the same consistent experience each time. The accommodations and service are on par with the "bigger name" hotels in the area. Overall, this is one of my favorite places to stay in Troy.

Positive: The room and bathroom were clean. I felt safe as a single traveler. Negative: The room was very humid. I had to make the air cold from the AC to be comfortable but it was too cold to go to sleep. The bathroom floor has residue where my shoes slid every time I walked in it. I put a towel down and stepped on it.

The room was clean, and the AC worked great. The breakfast smelled amazing while being made, but I had to leave too early every morning, so I did not get to try. The staff was always friendly coming or going.

Best Western need to hire a new manager. Well front desk manager Mitzy is not a good person. She racism with a smile I was once an employee that was unjustly fired by her. I stayed at the hotel and she double charged my friends card. For no reason when I tired to speak her on the charges and fired me.And we paid 160.00 for this room which is to much to be greeted with Racism

The two stars are due the room appeared to be clean. The room was very humid and reeked a mildew smell. I woke up with a headache from the smell. My sheets felt damp from the humidity- I was wet from the humidity. Although it’s summertime, I turned on the heat to dry the air. The hotel is over priced. I paid $160 for a room that should have been $80. This is my first and last time. Expedia had good reviews, but it was very misleading. Also, the mattress is very worn. I am very petite, but I’m sinking in the mattress. I can’t sleep and feel very nasty in this room.

Never call this location to cancel your reservation because they screwed us over and did not cancel the reservation like I was told and I got charged for a night when we weren’t even there.
I thought the reservation was canceled like I was told over the phone. Got an email welcoming us the night that it was supposed to be canceled, I called immediately and we were still charged.

Would not stay again. We actually left a night early and drove home to keep from sleeping there again due to being unable to breathe (Asthmatic). Our carpet was damp and beds mildewed. I relayed this to the front desk and she stated they had shampooed the carpets.
Walls were paper thin. Did not get to sleep til nearly 2am the 1st night due to a team of players being next door to us. Roaches seen in breakfast area. Overall not what I would expect for $170/night

Probably the best hotel breakfast that I've ever had. Front desk lady was super nice! The room was clean, only negative was that the AC was a little weak.
