The checkin was extremely easy. The room seemed to be clean, it had no odor. The bed was comfortable and the TV was new….still had the protective covering over the screen. ||On a bad note, there was a gap between the door and the door frame when the door is closed. And the ceiling in the shower is peeling. Photos provided. ||On another good note, IHOP is next door to the hotel as well as other restaurants (Cracker Barrel, Hooters, etc) and a variety of gas stations. ||The cost of the hotel was average, perhaps a little more on the high side for the quality. But it is manageable.

This may be an older, smaller hotel but they've kept up with renovations and conveniences. Our room was clean, comfortable and smelled great. The shower was HOT and the water pressure was awesome! The breakfast was definitely better than most larger hotels we've stayed at. We had bagels, eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, and I had apple juice too. There was a lot more to pick from too! The parking is easy and the property is quiet and safe. The staff was polite and engaging during check in and check out. This was nice especially after being in airports and traveling all day and experiencing earthworm personalities from everyone else we encountered. Plenty of channels to pick from on the TV and food delivery services had so many restaurants offering anything you could ask for. La Hacienda's food was amazing! Only downside to staying here is if you have heavy or large luggage, there are only stairs if you're staying on the 2nd floor. Not a big deal to us but it may be for some. We stayed the end of January and it was cold but when we return to visit family again, we'll make sure it's in the warmer months and hope to use the pool located at the back of the property. Overall, I'd absolutely stay here again, it's like a hidden little gem tucked away on the main drag close to food and shopping!

Very clean. Very nice staff. Guest were also friendly. Easy check in and out process. Property is secure with adequate parking and cameras. Stocked with plenty of late night snacks and beverages. Recommend. A good experience overall. No complaints.

Took a while to get helped at desk but it was midnight so I’m not mad. The room was nice and clean and the beds were cozy but a little squeaky. No real complaints. I have to use at least two hundred characters in this review so ignore the rest 🙂 poopoopoo

Fabulous staff who did their best to do whatever they could for us. They treated my husband's service dog professionally, which is a lot better than other hotels we've been in this last week during our cross country road trip. Others had no clue about the ADA laws, but Best Weston Shenandoah Inn didn't bat an eye.

Everything which could go wrong, did go wrong with our stay here on Aug 16 for 5 days. It was difficult to find this place as it is surrounded by multiple other hotels and an Ihop. When we arrived, the Indian receptionist working late night gave us a room which had a door opening to another room which was locked. But the person staying next door had the TV on whole night at a very high volume. The room itself was not great, there was mold of the curtains, black mold in the bathroom. They do not properly clean the room and you could see layers of dust on the lamp and other places in the room. When called the front desk, the Indian receptionist lied to us about them being all sold out because the next morning at 8am the lady at front desk was very nice and apologized. She gave us 3 room keys to have a look at. We finally got a room which was a little better. One of the room we saw had a dead roach on the table. Front desk had been pleasant except for the Indian guy who works here. The swimming pool as advertised was not open and looked extremely disgusting. Towels had hair stuck on them quite often. I would not recommend this place.

Affordable and friendly staff. Very budget friendly, the environment had low noise level, and pet friendly. I would stay here again in the future. Late check-ins available with checkout ar 11am, like most hotels offer. Lobby closed at night though, but the hotel is directly beside ihop.
