Check in was a breeze. Candy, the woman working the desk was super helpful and kind. We had been traveling all day and she answered all of our questions and made us feel very welcomed. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfy. So glad we chose this hotel!

Loved the massage chairs in the front lobby, breakfast was good, rooms were cleaned and quiet. Beds were comfy. Will be back. I just wish that their indoor pool was heated and they had a hot tub then I would have gave them 10 stars.

This hotel is only 10 miles off the beaten path of I-40, and so worth the short drive. I wish I'd found this hotel years ago. The staff believe in hospitality; the manager and her daughter were both wonderful. They even answered the phone before I made the reservation online. (I had called hotels from eastern Texas to western Oklahoma and they were the only ones who answered.) The rooms were clean. We didn't use the pool, but it was clean. The weight/exercise room was good. And there are 2 massage chairs in the foyer; just perfect when traveling across the country.

Kathy works overnights and is great! She is curtious and helpful! She's always attends to the guests when needed especially when the keys don't work she's there with a smile!

This hotel it’s not safety at all!!!
Be aware because in this hotel the receptionist is with thieves who steal cars that you leave parked outside this hotel, We arrived at 1:00 am at 3:00 am 2 times they tried to open the truck but thanks to the alarm that sounded on the key we realized it. Obviously the receptionist saw us on the cameras when we left the room and warned the thieves. The thieves and the receptionist stealing things while people are trying to rest.
We leave after the 2 times they try to open the truck, we just stay 3 hours and have enough. .
just to be careful
is a white jetta with chihuahua plates. Obviously those in the car, they are parked where there are no cameras, we told the receptionist and his response was that he couldn't do anything. just to be careful people.

So we had a family reunion and Seminol Texas over the weekend. We’re all charged double for incidentals deposits,, and you have to call and bag for the Money, back, so watch out people when they take your card. You’re most likely gonna be charged, even if you already booked the room through Expedia And it’s a hassle to try and get it back. and you will not get your deposit back, unless you call in, so if you forget about it, then they just ripped you off.

This hotel is very clean. Staff was nice & helpful. King room was great. The bed, pillows, shower, A/C, fridge & huge flat screen TV along with decor was amazing! I'd recommend this one if passing through, which I was & will do again if needed. Felt safe. Ask for another towel set because there was only 1 set, if there's more than one person. Hopefully, they will update the towels. Plenty of parking, especially for trailers. I didn't take photos but will next time.

Stayed here while traveling with O/S load. Good parking area. Hotel is currently getting a makeover. However, I was highly impressed with how all construction equipment and material was put away in the evening. Nice clean hotel. Room was excellent and bed actually comfortable for a hotel bed. Didn't catch her name but the young lady working the desk was excellent. Great attitude and personality even while I stood back and watched her deal with some strange request from customers. Definitely a go to place if in that area.
