I was very skeptical about this Hotel (so much so that I made a back up reservation at the Marriott if anything was amiss here. My company I'm a lady trucker, uses CLC lodging & booked my stay here) after reading majority of the reviews but, upon checking in I feel obligated too write an unbiased review...
I will say that the strong scent of cleaning chemicals did overpower my senses upon stepping through the door(cough, cough), the lobby was clean visibly as well. I was greeted by the most pleasant Desk service Lady (Ms. Dee), who promptly checked me in with a smile and directed me to breakfast as well as all other available amenities that they offered. She sensed my anxiety & assured me that I would find the quarters acceptable (she didn't lie).
I was given room 210 so I am specifically writing about this room...It is a completely remodeled king with 55inch TV, sofa, fridge & microwave. New carpet, furniture and I can tell it's a recent remodel which is a sign that they are definitely making efforts. I did not see ANY bugs, mold or deal breakers in my quarters. The water was hot and the pressure was standard for hotel. I gave it 4 stars for the overpowering smell (tone it down please), also for the efforts they are taking too make it a better establishment (keep up the good work, I see you). For a company paid stay, it will do clean, comfortable & quiet (I drive nights so I was only there for a daytime sleep).

We started off our stay by being given the wrong room that didn't have enough beds. The rooms were awesome! They left us a suprise cigarette and lighter in our bed! The halls smelled like it, too! The service was perfect. The lady didn't know Virginia was a state. Then we asked for sheets for the sofa bed (which was already supposed to be in the room) and the nice lady gave us 6 pillow cases. The breakfast was just great. They had cold eggs, turkey sausage, and waffles that don't cook all the way! If this is your dream hotel, come on by this awesome hotel.

Positive: Decent complimentary breakfast, but small items. The bagels and muffin were mini in size. Hotel is lose to the highway ( I 95 ) , but quiet.Nice new Large televisions in the rooms. Negative: Lack of luggage carts can be an issue. They only appeared to have one airport style luggage cart. I ended up having to carry everything down on my own. Apparently people may hoard the carts. However I only saw the one while at the property.

This place is an absolute dump for the price and it being a Best Western we expected better. From the time we walked into the door was it was awful. The entire place smells like mildew and Cannabis! The room itself NASTY 🤮!! The carpet is so dirty and smells. The pillows are small, the bathroom is a nightmare huge sinks up high that don't even match the filth that is the bathroom. So DIRTY dirt and grime on the bathroom floor, hair in the shower, stains on the shower curtain that look like 💩 no hot water in the shower or sink! Traveling with two little ones and if they weren't asleep I would be leaving this place. I do NOT recommend this hotel! ZERO stars given!

I travel for work constantly, and this hotel is my favorite in the area. They have excellent breakfast, great coffee, by the way, and excellent front desk service. I like the fresh, warm cookies for all guests. I highly recommend this hotel to stay

Stayed for 1 night in best western for first time. The place was super clean. They have breakfast in the morning. Rooms were huge and everything available. Good customer service

The location was convenient but noisy. You can sleep fine if you're okay with traffic as white noise and the occasional train whistle.

You can tell the building is old and renovated. The room itself was good, but the hot water and cold water were reversed in the shower.

The service was decent, no problems. The staff just didn't smile much despite it being a holiday.

First, I’m a platinum member who have spent many nights at BW. The customer service at this BW was excellent. However, this is the WORST BW I’ve ever stayed: The carpet was smelly throughout the hotel. There were 2 cock roaches in our room, The bed sheet was not clean and had small bugs crawling in them, and the blinds had dark spots all over them. The tub had chips in the floor and the closet did not latch. The TV remote was not paired to the TV and the room floors dipped at the ac unit. Who ever owns this hotel spends $0 on up keep. I hope this NOT the standard for BW going forward!
