Chips and dings in the bathtub and other spots throughout the room. The mini fridge did NOT keep things cold (seemed more like it was there just so they could say they had one in the room). The remote for the TV was held together with tape. The breakfast was complimentary but with over an hour left of service they ran out of things the servers outright stated they were refusing to make more to replenish despite having plenty of time. The food was hands down the worst I’ve had at a complimentary hotel breakfast (bland, etc). Service was polite but when it was past sundown they were overly present, constantly pacing the hallways citing “several” noise complaints about rooms on the hallway, when asked, despite later admitting they had only gotten 2 total complaints about 1 room a couple hours earlier.

It WAS comfortable and convenient. But for the price paid? I’d go elsewhere in the future. Definitely one of the worser experiences I’ve had at a hotel stay (including other Best Westerns).

Positive: Housekeeping came in everyday to straighten out our room. No personal items were touched or moved. The receptionist were so friendly. Negative: Miss then 2 bagels of each kind were only set ouit. I know thatt one morning out of the 4 we started they're was a whole team of adolescentsts. So everything was gone.

Comfortable room and friendly staff. Room was very clean. I love the cute little fire pit outside, I didn’t stay long enough to enjoy it, wish I had.

First of all, I was coming from Denver which was in the middle of a big storm and caused a ton of canceled flights. I booked directly through them so I called the day prior to our reservation to tell them of the situation, and they told me they would not assist us in any way or refund our reservation if we were unable to make it; they would simply be keeping our money in that situation. Be very careful when booking this hotel because they are unforgiving.

When we got there we waited for probably 5 minutes before anyone showed up to check us in, which was at 8 pm.

The hotel has no elevator and it was very inconvenient carrying my bag up the stairs. It wasn’t a problem for me but it would be for a lot of people.

There was a dirty toilet plunger in the hallway and it was disgusting to see. Our hotel room bath tub had a chip out of the middle of it which you had to avoid when showering. You could fairly easily hear the children from visiting families running and playing.

Not a good experience at all.

I asked for a rollaway bed and found out there wasn't one available when we checked in. I was told there was a sofa bed and there was not one, just a mini sofa. Pictures were not accurate. So we had to pay for a second room which had lights that were broken. Rooms are small but beds seemed comfortable. After a long day of travel, even though the fron desk was friendly, check in was disappointing. Breakfast and coffee was good.

Spent a week while renovating house. Rooms were clean but old. No elevator to 2nd floor. Staff was helpful but wouldn't answer phone from outside callers. Pets allowed and we were staying with atleast 10 barking dogs. Free Breakfast was horrible - half cooked, no fruit, stale cereal, no fresh choices....

The overall stay[2 nights] was great. Breakfast was really good. Room clean bed comfy big bathroom. The only problem was the clothes drier. I did 1 regular size load and it took 3 cycles at $2 a cycle, so $6 to get my clothes dry. I mentioned it to the lady at front desk cause i had to keep going back to get more quarters and she apologized and said she would put it on the list for maintenance

There was only 1 problem i had with my stay there. I did a load of laundry there and it took 3 cycles to dry my clothes at $2 a cycle. I told the front desk about this and she apologized and said she would let maintenance know about it. The room was great, breakfast was great. It was a little pricy for me.
