This is an attractive hotel with an adequate free breakfast. Hot offerings were sausage patties and eggs. The waffles were nice and crisp on the edges. We were initially impressed with the neat and clean room, however we would not stay here again for 3 reasons. 1--the beds and pillows were hard, like sleeping on cardboard. 2--soundproofing is minimal, so any walking around or talking is easily heard. 3--a buzzing noise kept happening through the night, which also disrupted our sleep. The most important thing to me is a good night's sleep and I didn't get it here.

A really nice quiet place to rest after a really long drive and found it here at the Red Hills Best Western. While the building is older, it could use a little remodeling, but the rooms were very clean and super quiet and the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning ladies were quiet in the morning when they cleaned the other rooms while I slept. I particularly appreciate the small gestures of water upon my arrival and hot coffee ready when I was ready to check out. Overall, my stay was superb and I highly recommend this great little Best Western tucked away in Kanab. Great price very clean rooms excellent staff and even the breakfast was something delightful. Thank you for a great stay.

The Best Western Red Hill Hotel was wonderful. The woman that checked us in and out could not have been nicer. She gave a us a great pet room located close to the pet area. It was a quiet corner and the room was clean and comfortable. The sausage gravy and biscuits for breakfast was perfect for a cold morning. We enjoyed our stay!

Hotel was a litte old and dated on the outside and room smelled a little musty. But still give it 5 stars service staff was excellent, breakfast was great and alot of little extras like mint on pillow, hot tub and great location.! Would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay for Balloons and Tunes! It was peaceful, clean, and within walking distance of everything we needed. We appreciate the kindness of Cathy and her help to find things to do with our 9 year old 🙂

Positives: Has a hot tub and pool (pool was closed bc its winter) Also has a game room and the hotel is in a great location near lots of shops.

Negatives: Walls are thin, but luckily the town is pretty quiet in the evening. Shower pressure was mehh, and breakfast was not impressive. (Very small selection). But its affordable and pet friendly. All that cinsidered, its a good motel.

Check in quick and friendly and our room was ready eve though we arrived about an hour early. We had a second floor room but had help getting the cases up the stairs which was a bonus! Front desk staff were friendly and helpful as was the woman keeping the breakfast room clean and tidy while ensuring that all items were kept fully stocked. Complimentary breakfast is always welcome and this one proved more than adequate!|Plenty of free parking even when the hotel is full.|We stayed here before a few years back, but just for one night so this time we took the opportunity to stay longer and visit some of the area such as Pipe Spring NM and Grand Canyon North Rim. |The hotel is well situated and within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops/galleries. We mostly ate at the Rocking V - a good cafe less than a block away. Will certainly stay again when in the area.

The Parry Lodge nearby was sold out, so we went looking for an alternative. This BW was the cat's meow. Our check-in lady (11/16) was super friendly and helpful. The room was large, bed comfortable, good bathroom. Great breakfast, and the breakfast attendant lady was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the hot tub at night under the full moon. I'd stop here again in a new york minute.
