Well for a last minute room on a long driving stretch, this Best Western saved the day..Room was nice, clean, and the water was super hot. LOVED the heat lamp in the bathroom. Nice hot breakfast in the morning too. I had left something in the room after I checked out and they saved it for me. RAJ, thanks for your help with that. Greatly appreciated.

Stayed here for 5+ weeks. Offered everyone in the hotel a free meal. I am new to this town and here for work . I was friendly and kind. Got along with everyone, I thought. Then one day I come in and was casted out. Never got a say or had my side heard. Never got told what I did other than a worker complained about me harassing her. I am rarely alone with anyone here. I have my entire crew with me 95% of the time around me. But just removed. So I heard from other people in town at the various establishments say that this mgr never investigates anything. She just kicks people out. Now long story shorten, it was the night lady who did not like me. Now get this, she offered one of my crew her place to stay. But I offer a free meal just no eat alone, I'm gone. She offers her home and it's ok. Don't stay unless you keep quiet. The rooms are definitely old but different. Pricing is high compared to other places. They have some good rooms though that call for the price hike, but not all. Some rooms are crowded with furniture and others not enough. The morning bar is really good but not worth the price hike.

Fabulous. Clean, comfortable and large room. Grounds and yards all well presented. Staff clean, well groomed, polite and respectful. Friendly and engaging too.

Breakfast excellent for a motel at this price point. The establishment exceeded expectations and we will surely be back.

We stayed here in Wickenburg and this hotel was great! We enjoyed the central location(we love Mexican restaurant Anita’s Cochinas) The staff were very nice. They had great breakfast both days with eggs, meat sausage , potatoes, toast, muffins, fruit, cereal, oatmeal and juice! The pool was closed but looked nice. The housekeepers great 👍 👍will stay again!

This location is the best! My husband stays here every week as he works out of town and these guys treat him like family! The needs are comfortable and the room are nice! You won't find better service when compared to the manager Sheri and her team! Everyone is so accommodating! Customer service isn't what it once was so if you miss what it was stay here! Thank you Sheri and team!

First time stying at Best Western… Never again… there are better options in town… the room was very small, not clean, unkept, uncared for, water pressure was low in shower, bathroom sink no hot water…below standard for a hotel at this price a night, outrageously expensive for two nights… if I can give it -5 stars I would… terrible experience

The room was in an isolated area of the property next to the street. Probably why the wifi was so weak. It was an older room that had not been updated. The walls, woodwork, floors all need updating. Crack in the door that did not meet the frame. Furniture too large to fit in the room making it pretty tight space. Pillows large and lumpy and bed too soft and creaky. The room did not match the photos on line! breakfast vaguely edible. But front desk staff were friendly.

Traveling across country from California to Louisiana and this stop was our first in the trip. Was not planned, our reservations at another accommodation were not satisfactory. Called BW Rancho Grande and their customer service and accommodating attitude were exceptional. They honored our online quote and even upgraded us to a bigger room for the same price. Manager and front service personnel were five star encounters! Refreshing pool, clean rooms, satisfying breakfast… highly recommend.
