Very rude just because my daughter came in and checked on prices while I was babysitting. I came in to rent the room & she was staying with me. We was turned down. Well Days Inn you lost my business. Holiday Inn got it and they didn't get mad because my daughter, her boyfriend and her son stayed with me. Maybe y'all need to ask questions before getting all hateful when I came in y'all told me I had to get a suite so I went and got more money to get it also and she was with me then y'all didn't say anything waited until I came back with the rest of the money. Learn to do y'all's service

Exceptional Stay

I recently stayed at the Best Western Hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable; every corner of the room and common areas were spotless. All the amenities worked perfectly, just as advertised, which made my stay even more comfortable.

What truly stood out was the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that every guest was well taken care of. Their attentiveness and willingness to help with even the smallest requests made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. I look forward to returning soon. Highly recommended!

Jay and staff are great! Great spot in Poteau where all the eats are at! This is run with new owners and all was awesome! Hottest water in town! Thank you!! Highly recommend

Stayed here for the weekend. It was a pleasant experience for us. Clean rooms and small but nice fitness center. Free breakfast in the mornings but nearby restaurants if you wanted something else. Quiet area. Would recommend.

Not what I expected based on the overall rating and pictures. Amenities were not good. Breakfast was aweful. Hot tub was not working and looked like a garbage collector. The swimming pool looked nice and seemed clean, left my daughters feet stained blue. Customer service was horrible, absolutely bothered by any request or just did not know how to care for people staying at the most expensive place in town. The phrase, "you get what you pay for" does NOT apply here. Large spiders in the room, cooler leaked all over the floor one of the nights, no bedding in the room for the pull out couch.

This hotel was a great place for us to stay before our motorcycle ride along the Talimena Trail. Convenient to local attractions - The Cavanal Hill was a nice ride with a view of the town, also close to Heavener and the Rune Park to see ancient Viking runes and the Pioneer Cemetery.

We stayed here for the Great American Eclipse of 2024. They were fully booked and busy but the staff were uniformly courteous and friendly. The accommodations were clean and good quality. The owner/manager was very concerned about whether we needed anything. The breakfast was surprisingly good for "grab'n'go". They had these egg patty things that actually tasted like freshly scrambled eggs and they kept everything well-stocked during the breakfast time.
