Aged hotel, but well maintained. The rooms were clean, minimal dust, comfortable bedding, and the AC / heater has changeable air filter. The breakfast station was clean and well maintained with plenty of choices. When we went, they removed the in-room coffee machines, and instead had fresh coffee in the lobby. At 4 pm the lobby, the coffee tasted fresh. One drawback -- the bathroom was small.

Right by a Main Street and a great pizza place. Rooms were clean, smoke free and quiet.
Provided coffee and tea in lobby all day. Microwave and mini fridge were clean as well. Would stay here with family from now on.

Positive: The breakfast and breakfast staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Negative: Old ratty motel that for the price we should have gone w Holiday Inn etc. we asked for extra blankets and we got two bedspreads w holes in them. The front desk staff need to have customer service training. Not a hello welcome etc.

Older hotel but well-kept. All staff were super friendly. Traveling alone, felt very safe. Able to park right next to hotel, instead of parking lot. Did not have reservation. Night clerk checked me in,explained where to park, where room was and handed me a bag with water & snacks. Super breakfast with lots of food in a restaurant style room next to hotel. I will definitely stay here next time I go through Flagstaff!

Rooms were clean - kinda compact but not tight by any means. Just what you would need for a night or two. And again- CLEAN.
Breakfast was pretty good w a nice variety. Although we didn't use pool, it looked clean and inviting. Staff all had smiles on their faces and very welcoming. I definitely would stay again!!

This hotel and staff are awesome. The hotel is a little older but so are all of the hotels on Route 66, obviously. This one is spacious, clean, nice pool and hot tub. The breakfast was excellent great variety served in a spacious room. Great location. All staff were exceptional, front desk, cleaning staff, breakfast, and maintenance were helpful and friendly. The hotel seemed to fill up every night so it’s popular.

I don’t know where all these good reviews come from. Perhaps they are not real customers. We arrived on a Tuesday night in December. The hotel was easy to find and check in was quick and easy. The area had lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. |The only elevator was near the lobby but it was a very long walk to other end of the floor where the room was. There was no ice machine or vending machines on second floor. |The hotel was clean but room was small and bath was cramped. Two people cannot brush their teeth at the same time.|The breakfast was okay with cheese omelets, pork patties, biscuits and gravy. There was a pancake machine and many pastries along with cut up fruit. However, the breakfast room was cold and the food not very warm. |The hotel was a disappointment. I cannot recommend this hotel except for a one-night stay if that.

Very clean rooms with extremely friendly staff. We were traveling with our dog and the pet friendly room was immaculate! It was enjoyable having a good hot breakfast before we hit the road again, and the woman who was attending to the breakfast area checked to make sure you had everything that you needed. Lots of restaurants nearby to grab dinner.
