I stayed about 2 weeks ago with my 3 kiddos! Kids were wanting water time and they have an indoor pool and hot tub! ❤️ Pool is not heated but that didn't bother the kids at all. Hot tub was amazing 😍 and it was warm in the pool area making sitting out wet not uncomfortable! Rooms were clean and clear of any bugs! Staff were awesome! Easy check in and out. Easy come and go. We will be staying again soon!!

I came to Tulsa to visit my two girls for Christmas. This hotel provided me with all the amenities I needed. The pool was cold, but the hot tub made up for it. I am from Michigan and the cold waters of Lake Michigan do not bother me. So, I got used to the cold water in the pool. Upon arrival, the young man was very friendly, informative, patient, and made my late night check in fast and efficient. I want to rave about the breakfast in the morning. Yes, it’s powdered eggs and it’s your traditional continental breakfast at your smaller chain hotel. But the staff was extremely friendly. And she always made sure everything was hot and ready. Nothing went below par levels. Fresh fruit, yogurt, waffle maker, orange juice, apple juice, and fresh cereal and milk. The rooms are very clean. Housekeeping make sure you are taken care of daily. Fresh towels, linen, and I couldn’t find anything wrong with the room. Could the hotel be located in a better spot? Yes. But for the cost, amenities, and friendliness I don’t think you can find anything better close to the mall. Not much to entertain you around the hotel. QT, Taco Bell, but right on the bus line if your without a car. This is one of the better “smaller” hotels in Tulsa. I’d recommend you stay here. I had a nice stay.

Booked online through booking through my husbands company’s credit card booked several rooms which wasn’t cheap and then they give us a hard time at checkout not to mention I had been waiting there for my husband to get off work for three hours already and he had spoken to them and everything was good until check in time. Had people remodeling out of windows crawling in and out of them was sketchy.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would actually be upset that I couldn’t give it a -1. The staff the RUDEST Best Western staff I have ever encountered. There were literal bed bugs crawling ON the bed. We did get a full refund due to the bedbugs. This place needs to be condemned by the state. I feel itchy as I am driving to a new hotel. PLEASE if you are reading this, KEEP DRIVING! DO NOT STAY HERE! We had a literal emergency and the guy did not even offer a toothbrush or anything. When I went back down to report the bedbugs when we checked in past midnight, the guy did not seem surprised or concerned. For your own sake, do not stay here.

They got my reservation mixed up. I booked a handicapped ♿️ accessible roll in shower room when we arrived. All they had for me was a king room with a jacuzzi tub. I'm a paraplegic so we'll my care giver got the well-deserved bath after driving from California. Needless to say, we had to move to another hotel the net morning, not really, how I wanted to start my vacation back to my hometown.

Do Not Book Here!!! This place will do/tell you whatever they can for you book your stay. -5 stars if we could!!

We called asked about pet fees, as we travel with dogs a lot, we know to ask. Was told no pet fees just a room deposit for damages. We asked again while checking and was told the same response, no pet fees just a room deposit for damages. Walked our pets into the hotel lobby, with all their stuff and nobody said anything.

10 days later we get an extra charge on our credit card from the hotel. Tried calling and was told a manager will have to address the issue, had to call 6 more times to get a manager on the phone. Finally get a manager and they said that we lied and brought our pets into the hotel, and that the hotel has a not pet policy. Why were we told there was no pet fee by the employee then, don't you think he should have said, we don't allow pets! The manager told us that employee has worked here for 4-5 years and he would never allow pets into the hotel, he knows this is a pet free hotel and he knows the rules. I asked if they record phone calls, they said they did. I asked if she listened to the phone call and she said she did and not pets or fees were mentioned on the phone call. This was a lie! I asked if she could send me the recording of the phone call, she couldn't do that, why? Why can't you send me the recording that you listened too that proves my point? All I wanted was my room deposit and extra charge taken off!

Before I get responded too as a "FAKE REVIEW this person never stayed here", you booked the stay under someone else's name after I gave you my driver's license.

Your websites do not say no pets it does say two dog minimum, but this was after we had to go look for it. We do have four dogs this is why we call and were told no pet fee!

Update: From Best Western pet friendly page you can search hotels you are listed as the third hotel.

The whole point of this is we called AND clarified with the front desk agent, that works there, when we arrived about pet fees and was told there were none! We lost our security deposit AND was charged extra. Had to call multiple time to even figure out why we were charge extra.

I arrived the young woman has a somber look on her face. She doesn’t greet you, she doesn’t smile. I wouldn’t advise having her at the front of anything. Maybe a custodial position more suited for her bad attitude and blah personality. My stay was good other than this lady and a young guy with the beard on the phone with his friend while me and another gentleman waiting for his assistance. It was definitely a friend he was chit chatting with. Get a new professional staff! Speak with your employees about their behaviors. The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk wasn’t good at all.

My boyfriend has been staying at that best Western for the past almost 4 days and Pakistani in Iranian or Indian lady came up to me. Rudely told me she didn’t believe that my animals were service and when I go to show her, she rudely says what am I looking at? It’s not a place for minorities stay away. They might be the color of us, but they are not our friends.

Update to owner who posted this is a fake review on 04/10/ 2025. This is not fake. I noticed everybody who has Something negative to say, which is probably true about your hotel you say is fake. It’s not. I was there with two dogs. Austin checked us in. Austin never said anything on top of that. Austin tried to be funny and put my personal information out for other people to see on the desk so…….Police was called twice, an Austin who is Front desk assistance is the one we had the problem with never a fake review and I have video. On top of that, they kept a whole nights worth of state and would not refund our money only when the police came we was given a card with management name on there!!!!
