Was desperate for a room on a Saturday night traveling across country. I booked my room online with some discount travel outfit. When I got the confirmation it was for the wrong night. After trying to fix with booking agency with no success I contacted the hotel. Debby answered the phone and went above the call of duty to fix my non refundable reservation. The room was beautiful, super clean and very well equipped. Don't hesitate to stay here its a great value. Nicer than many more expensive hotels I've stayed in. Rooms are big and look to be brand new. The carpets are clean everything was first class. Thank you again for going the extra mile for me. I look forward to staying with you again.

I stayed at the Winslow Best Western as I journeyed across the country. It was a convenient spot right off US 40. The door desk women were exceptionally friendly and helpful. After leaving the following morning I realized I forgot an important gift behind, at this point I was already 5 hours away - the front desk associate ensured it was kept safely until I made contact with the manager, Jesus. With everyone’s help I was sent back my forgotten item with ease. I’m so appreciative for the help by the whole team!

The front desk personnel were 5 star!! However, I would not classify this particular hotel as a 3 star hotel. It is a nice enough 2 star. The rooms were clean and bed was not bad. We stayed Christmas eve and checked out Christmas day. We were traveling for work related business. We were expecting a hot breakfast, however, some one decided that we didn't need the hot breakfast. I know from a business stand point that makes sense. But from a customer service stand point it was not a wise decision, especially on Christmas day. I do hope we can find restaurants that are open today.

Not a bad stay. The rooms were nice enough. The staff were friendly. The coffee machine pulled off decent lattes and cappuccinos. We ate breakfast out so I can’t comment there. They did have an issue that night with the room keys but we got it all worked out. 😉

I do not recommend staying in room 117. It smells like mildew, and the air was very heavy. When I asked the front lady if the room was clean, I am disappointment she didn't mention the horrible smell. They front desk lady only mentioned that the room had an ugly patched roof above the shower. Besides that, the breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast lady did an excellent job and was very nice. The security of the hotel is really good, they have cameras in both the front and back side parking lots, and have entry/exit doors card locks.

Everything was wonderful. Room was very clean. Actually, the lobby, dining and pool area were very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Pancake machine, juice bar, espresso bar, yogurt machine and hot food. Wish all hotels were like this one. We will definitely be back when we come thru Winslow again.

Horrible experience! The room was clean but the toilet didn't work. Called the front desk, and she asked if we wanted a plunger!!!?. We took it and tried but to no avail. She did call and check and see if we wanted her to snake it!! (The reason for 2 stars on service) I told her no thanks, it's late and we were tired and just wanted to go to bed. She did offer 10,000 points, but that hasn't happened yet?! The breakfast staff was a sweet older lady, but nothing was out, and what was, was ice cold!!!, and it was only 8am. It's not worth the $190. WE PAID!!!!! Do yourself a favor and stop at Holbrook or travel 60 more miles to Flagstaff.

First visit to this location. The staff was very friendly upon arrival, and helpful as well. My room was very clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of parking. The breakfast offered a good selection. Nice place to stay, and explore the area if you have a chance on route 66.
