We booked ahead for a first floor room since we had our dogs. The room was not inexpensive ($284) for queen suite but was clean and comfortable. Lots of grass walking areas for pets. Good barbecue restaurant down the road. We will definitely return!

Nice hotel, a little back away from the main road. Probably a good thing, less likely to have people there who don't belong. Hotel was clean, room was especially nice with a separate living room and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was probably above average for a basic hotel buffet. Very nice Nestle coffee cocoa machine.

Michael at the front desk was welcoming, friendly and kind. He knew what we needed before we even asked and did everything with a smile. Would have given 5 stars across the board, but there was a small problem with the air in our room we didn’t discover until the middle of the night. Late night person offered us a new room, but no ideas on how to fix. Not a big deal. Kids were already asleep so we made due and figured it out. The next morning someone with more knowledge helped us out. Also, a little bit away from food, etc but we like that. Pool and jacuzzi were nice too!

I have been here for a month now being displaced from my home, this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The customer service is awsome breakfast is awsome housekeeping is awsome laundry workers and the maintenance men are awsome!!! I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay they treat you like family here!!! I can’t just say one person’s name cause everyone here is so good to us even the owners!!! Thanks to all the staff for going above and beyond their job duties❤️❤️

All the staff are awesome, the rooms are great, super clean, delicious breakfast. Everyone's respectful, quiet, and polite!
Hands down Best out of 60 hotel that I've stayed at over the years!!

We evacuated to this Best. Western, prior to hurricane Milton. We absolutely loved the hotel and we would like to thank Genesis for all her help in us getting a place to stay. The hotel was clean, roomy and gave us everything that we needed. And a A+ to the ladies that prepared the awesome breakfast. It was top notch. We will definitely be visiting the hotel and area again. Genesis desrves a bonus for her customer service.

From when we first arrived we have been treated like family. We lost our house do to the hurricane and being welcomed here has been a great weight off my shoulders. The staff at the front desk to welcome you to the ladies in the kitchen. To the house keeping staff there all fantastic. Though I do have my favorites at the front desk.. Genesis. I travel for work and stay at hotels all over the country. Best Western Plus in Valdosta is my favorite. The rooms are spacious, well laid out, and clean. The breakfast is the best around. The food is hot and fresh, and the grits are better than the ones I make at home. The staff is friendly and helpful. I always look forward to staying here.
