Had a surprise when I went to my room - it was already occupied. Went back to get room switched. Clerk was very apologetic and gave me a better room. Room was very clean and quiet and my only complaint was the bed was way too soft. Breakfast was minimal, but sufficient. Parking was good and area felt safe.

Was pleasantly surprised how nice the rooms were for the price. Clean and comfy. My only complaint is the breakfast was very disappointing. The waffle mix and yogurt were always out. The juice machine didn’t make juice. The pastries were always stale and there was no fruit. Specifically booked because there was breakfast and was disappointed by it. But for the price compared to other hotels it was ok.

Great coffee machine with several flavor choices. Also had yogurt machine and toppings for breakfast which was very nice. Didn't use the indoor pool but I will bring a swimsuit next time. Cracker Barrel near by. Thank you for a safe place to stay.

I’ve been a guest here a few times and if I check in before 8 I’m always greeted friendly and quickly but if I check in late the employee that looks like he hasn’t slept in days is always rude. I liked this hotel for safety reasons and it was convenient when I had to come to town but it’s outdated and the only updated feature is the mirror that lights up. Other than that it is a basic hotel, not the cleanest, breakfast is edible but also the hotel is right next to an IHOP. I really liked the location but I’ve been treated poorly twice by the same employee and I don’t feel safe returning

A decent Best Western Plus close to the highway.
The rooms are in very good shape and spacious.
It's looks a bit shaggy from the outside and the breakfast is below the already low standard for American hotel breakfast.
But if you get the room at a decent rate I'll highly recommend staying here.

As a Diamond Member, I wasn't impressed. No formal greeting. No gift, No thanks for being a Diamond Member. I was under the impression that Best Western Plus was held up to a higher standard. Could've stayed at any run of the mill hotel.

We normally stay at more expensive places, but this Best Western exceeded our family's expectations. We would stay here again.
Clean and quiet rooms, quick check-in, and good price. Breakfast had eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, yogurt parfaits, and fruit.
The fitness room has new, clean equipment. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice.

Bad, is the word. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable. The elevator slammed every time it hit the lowest level. Their coffee tastes like warm water. It wasn't good at all
