We were here for 4 nights. Room was alright. We were asked if we’d like our room serviced on the 3rd day and we did say yes. We also removed the do not disturb sign from the door indicating it was okay to do so. All they did was take out the trash and replace a toilet paper roll and a few towels. They only provide two body towels, we had to request the 3rd for our son. We were disappointed that they did not make the beds (not wash) but at least make them.

The A/C unit in our room sounded like a soda can was rattling around inside of it every time it ran.

One of the mornings about 7 minutes after breakfast “ended” our son (5) asked for more juice, the employee had already shut down the juice machine and would not turn it back on. There were several other guests in the dining area still finishing breakfast, it just didn’t seem reasonable to not turn it back on… we asked to speak to a manager and were told no one was there. We requested a phone call and never received one.

We utilized the jacuzzi 3 of the 4 nights, water was very warm which was great, the jets did not work well and the water level was down to the first step into the jacuzzi by night 3.

Overall great location for the area, room was clean, breakfast was decent, pool and jacuzzi upkeep could be better and customer service could improve drastically…

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western Hotel in Surprise, AZ, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The hotel was an adequate place to stay. It was alittle run down with torn towels and small holes in the blackout curtains that made it look like we could see the stars outside at night. The room was plenty big for 2 people. Our biggest issue was it was very hard to access the parking lot. You need to drive through the Lowe’s parking lot which we were not told and ended up driving all around trying to find out how to get to the actual hotel to check in. Upon arrival they were doing some sort of maintenance that had the front entrance closed so we had to walk around the hotel to the back to get in. Not a big deal but the next day, after parking in the back, we found the back door completely blocked off for the same reason. Irritating to say the least because the side door nearest our room was blocked off as well. We did however get our steps in for the day thanks to maintenance.

I rarely have time to leave a review, however my recent experience at this establishment was beyond memorable. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The breakfast was Hot and had such interesting variety to chose from. Our room was clean and stocked properly with all of the necessities. The manager, Crystal, was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond her position to make our stay an honest 10 out of 10. I highly recommend booking with this location and will definitely plant to return for future visits.

We’ve been here for 3 weeks now due to disaster at house. Can’t say enough great things about this property! The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping department are fantastic. I want to give a special shout out to the breakfast crew at this property, always cheerful, upbeat and hard working people who are intent on making the guests stay comfortable and well fed.

I didn’t expect much staying at a Best Western, but I was beyond pleasantly surprised. My room was clean, and spacious, and the AC worked like a champ. I’m always hot, and it was 120°, so the AC was especially important. The staff was SO nice. I was particularly impressed with Crystal. I don’t know the area at all, and she graciously took the time to talk to me, and tell me about the area.

Overpriced for its quality. One elevator for a three story hotel with approximately 100 rooms is inadequate, especially when it was out of service.
The channel guide lists 50 stations, but you'll need a subscription to watch almost all of them. You'll also receive a list warning of 30 charges for any potential damage. The $300 TV set, for example, will set you back $1100. Lift the duvet cover and you're out $55; bath mat only $13.
An envelope signed by the room cleaner begs for a tip.
On the positive side, breakfasts were complete and the room was quiet. Check-out was quick and easy.

Not only where they the most outstanding team members to my family but were able to assist me with any concerns I was about having during my stay. Each member Carries a traits that works outstanding for each guest that arrives. The above and beyond assistance and patience with guest members is very cozy and comfortable for family with kids.
