Very loud. The building is not very sound. You can hear and feel people walk, hear tvs in adjourning rooms, and the doors to the rooms slam shut and make an extremely loud bang. We were woken up at 2:30, 4, 5, 6 am. All the rooms have ear plugs in the drawers? I wonder why. We checked out a day early. The people at the front desk were nice.

Undergoing major remodeling. Rooms clean & comfortable. Staff excellent. The new lobby coffee machine brews great coffee.
Restaurant staff Jen & Felipe made breakfast experience very good.
I stayed because my home was under construction. But would recommend to friends & family.

The location is fine, the hotel is up against the river and I couldn’t hear any road noise despite being next to a major road. Service was nice and friendly. Ultimately the part that I truly care about, being comfortable and getting a good night’s rest, was severely underwhelming. The main issue was the heater/wall unit. When it kicked on, it sounded like a baby jet engine and after a few minutes, it sounded like there were popcorn kernels rattling around inside. This was extremely disruptive throughout the night. When I checked out, I notified the front desk and they said that was normal and were completely unphased. I value my sleep and will not be returning.

Was at their Bar & Grill (Bar Section) the other day for a birthday party. It was happy hour menu time. The staff was really friendly, efficient, and attentive. Our server, Annalesha, was really on the ball and checked on us continuously to see if we needed anything. The cocktails were really good. I had the happy-hour potato skins and they were great. I'm from the complete other side of the Metro area, but will STILL GO BACK, because their restaurant has a great view of the river. It's actually an easy drive from the west side because it's all freeway. This is a bit of a hidden gem.

We enjoyed our brief overnight stay at this Best Western. There was some construction noise from the roadwork on the freeway, which the hotel had no control over. That said, calling the hotel to make sure your room is away from the freeway would be good. This BW did not have a free breakfast. You received a voucher for the attached restaurant. The breakfast costs at the restaurant were quite a bit more than the value of the voucher, so we had breakfast elsewhere, and it was still cheaper than using the vouchers. Freeway access was easy, and there is a city park nearby along with nice views of the river and a peekaboo view of the upriver falls. All in all, our stay was pleasant, and the location served us well.

Would have left higher review but front desk made major reservation error leaving me without a room for 2 nights when coming out for a funeral.

Made initial reservation until Friday. Spoke to front desk who said they would create a reservation for Friday - Sunday or keep me in my room (if that size were available). When I call Friday about the room change, there is no additional reservation and was told “the last 2 rooms” were just sold and there was nothing they could do.

Definitely not the experience you’d expect.

I traveled for a golf tournament with friends. We were able to get rooms near each other. The river view is nice and the balconies have furniture so you can sit out and enjoy the view. The restaurant was good and accommodated our request for a to-go breakfast. The location was perfect for traveling to our golf.

Best Westerns are usually our hotel of choice, but this one failed to meet even the minimal expectations for a Best Western. The rooms are relatively small and oddly laid out, especially the entry which may be hard to navigate with larger luggage. Instead of the standard free breakfast you get a $7 coupon for the adjoining restaurant, which pays for about half an breakfast. The air conditioner and refrigerators areexceptionally noisy, and the room keys have to be remade daily. Find a different hotel
