I came down from Michigan to visit a friend and she recommended this hotel. It's a very nice and clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and didn't smell. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was hot and kept full. They had eggs, bacon or sausage depending on the day, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, different breads for toasting. The hostess was very engaging and helpful with everything. I've been to quite a few and I must say this is one of my favorites by far. Would highly recommend.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I will not be returning. I booked this hotel with the understanding that it would have an exercise room that I could actually use. Had this not been documented, I would not have booked. The lack of a fully functional and accessible exercise room is a deal-breaker for me. Although they had an exercise room with workout equipment, it was not available before 6:30am. I am up by 5. The equipment was so old and dirty that I could not even use it. They definitely need to upgrade this space or close it off to the public. This hotel was just very basic but there are not a lot of options in the area. It is a very commercial area without sidewalks or aesthetics so carefully consider this if you like to go out and take a walk. I can say that the bed was very comfortable and their housekeeping staff was very warm and gracious. They need to do better.

Great hotel overall. It's one of our favorites and we request to stay there whenever we work in the area. The staff is the best part of our stay. They are always cheerful and friendly. Overall the rooms are decent. We've had a couple with odd odors but they're always clean. There is an Arby's right next door if you get hungry. Breakfast is average for a hotel of this type.

The staff was AMAZING! I was 7 hours away from home and it was 5AM when 3 tires blew leaving me to tow my car to the nearest tire shop which opens at 8am. Uber had no available rides at this hour and lyft drivers were 50 min away.. after being turned away by best western stating they had no rooms after telling me id have to pay an early check in fee which i agreed to. I had to walk to Red Roof and I explained everything I had just went through and I was exhausted. The Red Roof staff was empathetic, got us a room quickly and even offered a mechanic brochure. Thank You to the staff for being so understanding, helpful, and empathetic in our time of need!

Was overtired and had to check into a property as soon as possible. This is conveniently located right off the highway. They accept pets, not that I had one but I saw other guests with their fur babies. The hotel is very very clean. I didn't utilize the lobby eatery at night cause it was closed. I booked a queen size room. There was free hot breakfast and it was okay considering I had 3 sausage links. There was a beverage vending machine. Everything was up to par. I have nothing negative to say at all. Check out was a breeze. Would I stay here again? Sure!

Stopped on our way North. Had excellent service, the breakfast was excellent and we were able to be back on the road early and quickly. The room was nice and a good value for the charge. Q We will stay here again. We look forward to our next visit with you

Stayed here the past week on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 because it was dog friendly. It was difficult to find the driveway entrance which had a small four foot high sign. Costs add up quickly with state & local taxes plus $34.50 for the dog. TV had 2 controllers, had to get help. Only 1 mirror & that was in the bathroom. Breakfast feature was waffles. Did not witness anyone take advantage of this as it was too much work.

Comfortable bed and the room was nice and quiet for sleeping. However, it seems the hotel is showing a bit of wear (have stopped here a few times before). Sheets are a bit torn, and worn and while breakfast was good; it was more hearty in the past. But it is still good with an very pleasant breakfast attendant who kept the choices well stocked.
