My husband and I arrived yesterday and the sheets were really scratchy and just didn’t feel fresh. But we were exhausted, so we decided to go to sleep fully clothed and ask for new sheets the next morning. This morning as we were leaving we asked for housekeeping for our bed and bathroom. We got back to the hotel this afternoon to take a nap and as I folded down the sheets this is what I saw (the pictures below). It looked gross and I told my husband we needed new sheets again. We called the front desk and the lady didn’t apologize which is normally what happens in these kinds of situations and said she would bring us up new sheets. She got up there and said “Oh it’s just chemical stains.” with an aggravated sigh. Still no apology or anything. If the sheets got to this condition why aren’t they just thrown away So we came downstairs to wait assuming they were gonna come up and fix our bed… but the same front desk lady said that the housekeeping people were gone and that she wasn’t going to come up and fix our bed, and said we were gonna have to do it. We didn’t mind the idea of fixing our own bed but it was the attitude she had and after the hundreds of hotel stays we’ve had, we had never ran into this kind of bad customer service. My husband very kindly expressed his frustration with the situation and she, out of nowhere, says “LEAVE”. AND TRIES TO CHECK US OUT! She accuses my husband of “degrading her” even though he didn’t attack her personally or anything. All he said was that out of the many hotels we’ve been to we’ve never run into this kind of customer service. She kept being rude and insisting that we leave and so I walk over there so she knows I can hear everything going on and told her “My husband hasn’t degraded you or been disrespectful. You haven’t even apologized or empathized or anything for how disgusting the sheets were.” And she rudely turns around to me and says “Ma’am I’m not talking to you.”
Apparently she’s the GM and her name is Miranda. When we asked for information on any phone numbers of her higher ups or owners (which you are required to give) she said she didn’t have any and that she couldn’t provide us with that. Another lady that was working behind the desk changed our sheets and was very friendly and nice and we felt bad that she was in the middle of it but the other lady was absolutely rude and I can’t believe she is in charge, with how unprofessional and rude she is.
My husband and I travel for a living and we don’t usually run into problems like this and are not normally confrontational, so it takes a lot for me to write this review but since we weren’t given any contact info to report to one of the bosses, I have to post this to bring it to attention because she could chase away a lot of business for this hotel. She was trying to check us out (for no reason) even though we have 4 more nights to stay! That means she would’ve cost the owner of this hotel hundreds of dollars just because she wasn’t humble enough to apologize and got her feelings hurt.

Easy access off of I-35. Friendly staff. Everything was clean. Rooms were the standard you would expect. Storms came through during the night and we had a leak in our room but other than that it was a good stay.

Absolutely the WORST management of any Best western I’ve ever experienced. Especially from the Assistant manager Angela. Customer service and Hospitality are nonexistent at this Hotel. Also had unauthorized transactions on my credit card after check out. I definitely recommend skipping the Best Western at Paul’s Valley. The Front desk Clerk Toni is a Sweetheart

I've been staying at this hotel for awhile now and will not go anywhere else in this town. The staff are Very helpful and really take care of me whenever I need anything,Very friendly staff! Stephanie is Great, obviously an asset to hotel! Thanks Best Western!

The staff here are so amazing. I stay here a lot for work. Last time I was here, I asked for 2 extra pillows. I’m back a week later, just checked in, and there are already two extra pillows on my bed. They remembered and took care of it for me before I even got to my room. I just love this hotel, it’s nice and cozy, clean, can’t say much about the breakfast as I’m not awake or here during those hours due to my work schedule, but the thing that sets this hotel apart are the people. They are so friendly, efficient and genuinely caring.

We had a large group, around 35 rooms. The hotel staff were all wonderful, no compliant on our noisy children running around meeting their cousins. We played cards and other games in the dining room and the meeting room until very late hours, but the staff never complained. We will be back. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Shower was good, would have preferred a softer light over the mirror in the bathroom. TV had Direct TV, Netflix capable would have been nice. AC worked okay. Nice closet for clothes, iron, board, hair dryer, all the necessities. Internet was good. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good, plenty of food. Our group will be back. | I will say it's hard to find where to turn in. There is no sign on the road until you actually turn in. The hotel can be seen from the road easily, just hard to find the right street off of the highway.

We have stayed at BW in different places but the so called manager Angela has an attitude problem and is very rude. When I asked to do a wake up call for my husband but the phone in the room was not working. She said she would not risk her life for a grown man that could not wake up for work. And she didn’t care how much money his company spends on rooms at BW. The lady Toni was very helpful when our tv wasn’t working. She is a very sweet lady! She deserves a 5 star ⭐️
