The guy at the front desk was very nice
The price was good
The shower was great, love the water pressure.

Only problem is our room had a bunch of ants in the entry.

We did get them cleaned up but it's worth mentioning.

Beds just right, not too soft or too hard
Bathroom:
Fan needed to clear air
Bring your own soap and lotion special for dry skin
Tight quarters in bathroom, Toilet too low, not for arthritic knees and it has internal leak
Amenities:
Heater too loud to run all night but bedding was enough to stay warm
Fridge motor heats up drawer above it
Best breakfast bar ever!!!!
Yogurt, oatmeal, donuts. Waffles, fruit. Tea. Nutella, specialty coffee, bagels and english muffins, etc

We stayed here because the location was a midpoint of the distance we needed to travel and we like Best Westerns. This was our first stay at this BW. Genia at the front desk was excellent. We had some trouble with the A/C and she handled that superbly.||The breakfast here was a notch above most Best Western Pluses. Excellent coffee. Most choices. Comfortable seating in a nice room.||There are two recommended (by Genia) restaurants within easy walking distance. We went to King Wah - mostly Cantonese Chinese food, very well prepared, and very generous portions. You can take your leftovers or they will provide them to homeless folks nearby. Since we were on the road without a cooler I appreciated that even more than otherwise.

Breakfast was diverse and decent. Slept like a rock. And central to where we wanted to be! Great hot tub .

Everything about this BW was incredible. The staff at check-in and check-out were so kind and helpful. The water pressure is exceptional but the shower stream is a little harsh. Good if your shoulders and back need a good massage though. 😁 The breakfast had good choices and more than we have experienced this road trip we’ve been on. It’s not a restaurant so please understand that. What they do is complimentary and should be appreciated. I would stay here anytime!

A short five minute and direct drive from downtown. When you walk in the front entrance to the hotel you are greeted by a wild kingdom of stuffed animals!! A little different experience but the taxidermy work is amazing. There is a great natural food shop across the street. This a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The morning buffet is much better than the average Best Western buffet. Sausages were good, plenty of variety for breakfast items, and the two girls working the buffet were friendly and helpful.

We stayed in Klamath Falls for one night on the way to Bend for a fishing trip. Everything at the hotel was nice and what you expect from BW - friendly, professional service, good breakfast, clean room, etc. ||We are on the loyalty program and specifically requested a quiet room on an upper floor. Our assigned room was on the second floor, out of three, and we could definitely hear the guests in the room above us. More problematically, the two windows in our room were not as sound-proofed as well as other hotels we've stayed at (40-50 nights annually, worldwide), and we could clearly hear traffic at the busy intersection next to the hotel. ||We think a room on the other side of the hotel, in the back, would have been much quieter as it wouldn't face the street. If we were staying more than one night, we would have requested a change. We used a reward certificate from BW for $50 off, which was very nice, but the price without the credit would have been way too high, in our opinion.
