I was incredibly impressed with this hotel. We arrived late with 2 young children, and Kevin was at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly, and accommodating. He even went the extra mile to make my little ones smile and laugh. In the morning, we were one of the last families to eat breakfast. Yes, that can be annoying to workers who are trying to clean up. However, Leroy was there and was exceptional. He offered more cream for coffee, got out more waffle mix, more bananas, more milk and came to our table multiple times to make sure we were taken care of. His attitude was positive and uplifting. Again, he did not have to go the extra mile to do these things for us. I will definitely be bringing my family back our next time through. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Ida at the front desk was a gem! She greeted us warmly and let us park our U-Haul in a safe spot. She understood right away how rough moving can be, and made sure we were comfortable. The room was the cleanest I’ve seen and linens fresh, thank you to Rosa, Esperanza & Letty did a wonderful job. The breakfast was HOT & delicious, service was first class- thank you Leroy!!!

First and foremost, it is important for you to know that this hotel requires a $150.00 deposit-hold upon check-in. |So just something to beware of! I am pretty certain the hotels main website does not disclose this fact prior to booking so I figured I'd at least bring attention to this fact and save any element of surprise.||Something also to take note of-at least, in my opinion, the photos you see advertised are unfortunately, a far cry from the truth. ||I observed several areas inside my room (window sill, surrounding the bathroom light, and the upper bathroom walls) covered in mold. At that point, it prompted me to pull the bed coverings off the bed to do an inspection and I discovered a yellow stain. I could not tell for certain if it was in fact urine, but it was upsetting to think that someone was trying to hide this behind several layers of sheets.||I asked the front desk if I could speak to the manager, "Jamie," and I was told that she does not directly speak to any of the guests over the telephone-only thru email. I asked if I could at least request for me to call me and I was told, "No-Any communication to her is stricly to thru email." I felt that if there is a safety issue, the owner could at least have the courtesy to speak directly to her guests. I emailed Jamie early evening and never received a reply-The front desk informed me that she even chatted with Jamie to let her know I would email her too as a heads up. |A few different times, I noticed the front desk rolling her eyes and replying in a condescending tone whenever I mentioned any concerns. |The following day, I emailed the owner but this time, I got smart in my approach and CC'ed the ceo with photos and how I am requesting a refund. Only then-- the owner replied (day of check-out). As for the breakfast, in my opinion, all items were cold-We are early risers. None of the food had warmers-Food lacking taste and tasted old.|Not a fun experience whatsoever, guys'! I sure hope that you do not make the same mistake I did-Believing the overall star rating and any positive reviews. Hope this helps. 🙏

I’ve been staying at this B.W. for numerous years~one of my faves! Appreciate Jamie, the mgr….very nice, excels in the Customer Service industry! Naomi, Bruce, her Entire Staff very nice, accommodating~ always greeted w/smiles! Rooms are very nice! Housekeeping does a splendid job-kudos to them, hard work, always deserve a tip-continental brfst is exquisite-everyone is…always so friendly & helpful! I appreciate all of them!

This place is absolutely amazing! I would give more stars if I could. Friendly efficient staff and a comfortable environment. Shiloh helped with a late check-in and I can't say enough good things. He even signed us up for a promo we didn't know about and saved me $50! I will definitely be back.

The night of our arrival we called to say we would not be in until 1:00 am.
With Irelynn at the front desk check was fast and seamless. Upon entering our room we discovered that the mini frig was extremely hot. Definite failure to the point of a fire hazard.
My husband went down to the front desk and in less than 5 minutes Irelynn was wheeling in a new mini frig. She took the time to remove the old one and replace it with a working unit all with a smile on her face in the A.M. hours. The broken frig dripped through our room and she was back in a jiffy with extra towels. Every employee encountered, whether on the phone or in person, was helpful, cheerful, and kind! The manager at this hotel is doing something right if his employees are doing this kind of work while he/she were home sleeping!! Many Thanks!!!!

Buyer beware ,This place seems to be going down hill after booking online and driving almost 4 hours we were greeted by the most unfriendly front desk receptionist Hailey who changed our rate appon arrival by almost 100 a night we had booked the 2 bedroom suit that has 3 beds already paying the higher price she wanted to charge another adult fee for our son(17) we would be picking up and around 2 am and we would be leaving before 9 . She said they were not part of the best western system and were privately owned so there for they had their own separate rules and didn't have to honor our online price . You could tell she was having a bad night , clearly doesn't like her job and was being difficult on purpose . I use to like this hotel alot and have stayed multiple times over the years but She treated us so very awkward to the point I asked her if the area was safe because of the questions she was asking us . Then not 5 minutes later a woman high on something walk over sat on a chair and went between "nodding" and rambling about people breaking in to cars. So clearly this place is not what it use to be. I would give it a negative rating if possible. We did not stay and took our business else where at 11 pm at night. What a shame but they have lost our business forever I hope reconsider booking here .

I stayed at this Hotel for 2 nights from 12/30-01/01. I was able to book an extra night then and there with no problem. The room was nicer than other Best Westerns I had stayed at during my trip! Breakfast was being provided by Leroy and he did a great job, he made sure we were all set both mornings and even kept the breakfast area open a little longer while we finished our food! He made it feel welcoming and well maintained, he also gave me a heads up on where to go for New Year’s Eve.
