Excellent spot - breakfast was incredible. They had an espresso machine + automatic pancake maker that were both spotlessly clean and rare at this price point. Room was comfortable. Location ez to get in/out of.

Positive: It was a good middle ground stop while traveling Negative: The walls were very thin, I could hear the TV from the room next to me. The heating/cooling system in the room also couldn?t have the fan stay on consistently it just turned on/off to adjust the temp.

My family and I decided to spend Thanksgiving holiday at this location…..we prepared our Thanksgiving meal at home (like normal) and brought it with us. Upon arriving, I was greeted by staff member on shift, Tiffany, who was immensely pleasant and had reiterated that I leave a review. I can say for the value that was offered, you definitely get the bang for your buck, because of peace and tranquility…..the breakfast was straightforward, but rather doable; the coffee is actually pretty good and being a professional driver, that is always my go to; my only concern and with respect to the time of the stay was during the holiday weekend…..
housekeeping was not very transparent. I ended up staying two additional nights and housekeeping never came to the room. I had to request necessities as needed on my own; with the exception of the first additional night added, but at that time I only needed a change of towels, bath cloths, etc. as a rule of thumb, housekeepers please find a way, in your workload, to consider those customers who are continuing to utilize your establishment, not just the rooms that have checked out…..all in all, thank you for the hotel experience at this level…..Safe travels to all!!

This hotel is the best Maria is awesome she always accommodates my family and I we go there at least twice a year. If you are looking for a clean location with excellent customer service and breakfast included and they have a pool!

AVOID THIS HOTEL. The hotel rented to a party group and there was so much noise we didn’t sleep for two nights. We called at the time multiple times. It was promised the second night they wouldn’t be any sound. It was just as bad. We spent a few weeks arguing for a refund and were denied. Their point was if it was so bad - why didn’t we leave?! I mean honestly. I’m in the middle of parents weekend and I’m going to take hours relocating in a totally booked weekend. When I was promised the noise issue was solved. Several other guests were complaining as well. Worst hotel experience I can remember.

This best western + has a wonderful staff- front desk, breakfast and housekeeping.
My room was clean and equipped. Nothing necessary was missing. I was close to family so good location tho a bit of a u turn entry.

It I had 1 suggestion it would be for better road entry and lighting. I arrived in fog and found it with difficulty. Once you are in, good parking conditions.

Breakfast was good. In 7 hotels, this is first with English muffins. Nice.

Overall, a good place to stay.

The room was clean and well equipped with plenty towels , soap that actually smells good, lots of pillows a fridge and microwave . Pool was nice - was a little cold in there but overall nice . Clean there’s always juice coffee and tea available in dinning area free breakfast and staff was all very nice and accommodating

This is my home away from home!! We had our home renovated with walk in showers, so now I come here when I want a bath.
The jacuzzi suite is the best best best thing in the whole wide world. It’s quiet, comfortable, with a fireplace and beautiful view of the nature outside.
I forget to take pictures every time but my favorite suite is 119; tell them Hale Rose sent you!!!
