I enjoyed my quick stay at this location. It feels new and the rooms are generally in good condition. The layout is conducive to quality sleep since there's a back bedroom with a door you can close and the AC will run constantly if you want. The front desk staff was friendly. The space did feel a bit spartan/cheap, and I had to doublecheck that this was a 3 star hotel (not a 2 star). But the price was very fair and I slept well, so I'll be back!

Absolutely Amazing Staff! Love the breakfast and I could stay in the shower forever! All of the Staff are amazing, you can ask for anything you need and it's provided right then or within a few minutes depending on what you ask for. Worth staying here anytime you need a place to rest your head.

Location is convenient with a lot of food options nearby. Rooms are OK amenities wise, but you can see that they are old, even though partially renovated. Breakfast was OK. No hot veg options other than pancakes - no potatoes.

This hotel was the best hotel chain experience we had ever had. It was so clean and the breakfast was fantastic. The beds were more comfortable than some luxury hotels we’ve stayed in. The staff were efficient and so kind. I couldn’t find a single thing wrong with this stay. It truly was a wonderful experience.

First & foremost, we were greeted with a warm, welcoming "hello" and "thank you for choosing Best Western". We stayed in a king suite with knee wall between the sitting area. The room was clean & fresh. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. They took southern hospitality to a whole new level!! Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was a little older but we found it to be very clean and well put together especially for the price. All of the staff that we came in contact with were extremely friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night but the staff made a good impression.

After checking out of my room I was waiting out front for my ride to pick me up, unfortunately it was taking longer than anticipated. The staff called the police on me for “loitering”. I was “observed” by the police until my ride picked me up. Keep in mind I was JUST a guest at the hotel. They were rude, judgmental, inhospitable, and the second my money was gone they treated me as though I were some homeless person. I had literally done nothing wrong. This was all AFTER I stayed in a room where the AC didn’t work, the toilet clogged, and the front desk representative was extraordinarily rude and accommodating. I wasn’t offered a room change nor was I offered a discount. I wasn’t basically told there was no one in the hotel to fix my toilet, to fix my ac or to help should I need anything else. I wasn’t basically told my issues didn’t matter and he didn’t care about my comfort or his ability to be hospitable. Nothing has been done to accommodate me or to rectify the situation. So unprofessional, and I highly recommend you avoid the hotel if you want any kind of quality service.
