This hotel is currently under a renovation/face lift. The room was clean & relatively quiet. It could use a new shower head as the one in our room was very cruddy and plugged with minerals from the hard water. The mattresses also need to be replaced, very broken down on one edge. We only stayed 2 nights; one night each way to & from California so we were able to make due. The staff were all friendly & helpful. The breakfast was hot & plentiful.

Two stars because new rooms are nicer than the old rooms. CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS WHEN YOU GET HOME. My statement came three weeks after we had stayed at this hotel. I discovered we were triple charged for a one night stay. I called the hotel twice (speaking to Gabby, and today the manager Brittney) to try and get a credit back on my card for the two overcharges. I was informed "they could not see more than one charge" and "something hung up in the batch processing" and "there is nothing they can do, but I will email an authorization number for your cc company". No apologies, no offer to comp the room, no credit toward a future stay - nothing! Just call your credit card company and resolve it yourself (for their mistake). We have stayed at this property many times over the years (20+ years) and I expected much better customer service from a Best Western property.
About the remodeling going on on the property. The new rooms are nice, but still small. I booked a "deluxe with a walk in shower" but we got room 126 - small downstairs remodeled room with a newly tiled regular shower. The new remodels are nice, but nothing amazing or worth getting over excited about. The buildings themselves are still old with thin walls, so no matter how nice the interior of the rooms you're still going to feel the building shake and hear your neighbors. It was funny to see brand new towels mixed in with the really old scratchy ones. Of course we used the new ones. Overall, not worth the price. There are better choices for overnight stays in Kingman.

The staff was all so helpful and friendly. The night shift guy was joyful and ready to help us even when we checked in at 1am. The breakfast crew did an amazing job keeping everything well stock, it was a weekend and they were busy. Rooms were very clean. Beds comfy. Priced fair compared to staying in Vegas.

The site was really easy to get to and the front desk attendant was friendly and knowledgeable! Our room was large, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was the best I’ve had at a hotel! I will gladly stay at Best Western‘s in the future! The only criticism I would have is that the property is not Enclosed. Hallways that are open to the outside It’s not a choice that I would make. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It’s not fancy, and the rooms are dated, but it’s clean and quiet. The rooms, while looking like a time capsule from the 70’s, are clean and well kept. It has a big dirt lot in the back for oversize vehicles. They offer a tasty morning breakfast of the usual hotel fare. All in all an enjoyable, comfortable stay.

After staying in a different hotel chain the previous few nights I was completely surprised to walk in the room and see how spacious and very clean it was. Nice bathroom as well. Beds were very comfortable and the room decor was awesome. The entire facility was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful! Highly recommend and will stay again!

I almost want to give them a terrible review or not review them at all so I can keep them a secret!! This was a clean, nicely remodeled place to stay. Great location, wonderful price. I cannot say a bad thing about it. We will be using them again.

-Room was extremely clean! (The bathroom tile didn't even have those stained grout spots in the shower, that most hotel bathrooms have.)
-Lobby, staff, and breakfast area 5 stars!!! Atmosphere is very welcoming. The girls at the front desk are professional and presented themselves beautifully.
-The complementary breakfast was out of this world! It was the normal spread of hotels, (waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, ect) but delicious!! They must do something special. The potatoes were the best!! Everything was plentiful and hot. The man running it was very nice too!

Wonderful 2 day stay. I will come again!
