I have stayed here a few times, and live the hotel. The staff is always friendly. We had my granddaughters birthday party here and everyone was amazing. The only thing I could think of that needs improvement is the bathroom in the pool area and lobby was disgusting and probably needs cleaned more often. The pool bathroom has always been dirty the times we have stayed. But we would just go to our room if we needed to use the bathroom. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, and can not wait to come back!

This hotel has the absolute best service. Amy and Dane was the nicest hotel manager and asst manager I’ve ever met. We had some problems upon check in and was immediately taken care of. My kids and I were very comfortable here. My only issue would be the pool was not warm. It is an indoor heated pool but it felt freezing cold. Didn’t bother my kids though they swam their hearts out and the main reason we came other than the pool was to see Gloss mountain. They truly make you feel welcome and make sure you’re happy. I would stay here again and genuinely wish all hotel staff was like Amy and Dane. Stayed at a lot of hotels and have never experienced kindness like that. Also breakfast was good, and they have a pretty decent coffee machine in dining room that made strong coffee. Definitely satisfied with this place.

The rooms were clean and staff very friendly. The pool was clean and spacious and there was a box of pool toys provided. Breakfast was also nice. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area.

I would NOT recommend staying at this facility. I asked for a handicapped room and got one. It had a walk-in shower which I need. BUT, it had a shower rod but no shower curtain. I carefully took a shower but when through, water had spread and pooled over the whole bathroom floor. The shower floor was textured but the bathroom floor became an ice rink. I went up and told the person at the front desk but he never said one word to me. He acted like he might have written it down but he never said anything to me. The desk lamp didn't work in my room nor did the clock. The coffee in the morning was just warm. They offered biscuits and gravy but didn't have any biscuits during my meal. This was a poor place to stay and I would never choose it again.

When we arrived the desk clerk greeted us in a friendly lmanner. Our reservation was found quickly. The room was nice had a king bed and refridgerator. Also had a couple of nice chairs. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot breakfast in the morning. We stay at this motel a couple of times a year when visiting family.

Clean and modern room, exceeded my expectations. I was met with a very kind gentleman at the front desk, and the next morning, there was a generous (and free) breakfast spread.

Great hotel if you're looking to stay close to Gloss Mountain, for hiking!

Pros: Friendly service, large room, plentiful parking, quiet area, clean pool. ||Cons: Bathroom sink struggled to drain, underneath the king bed hasn't been cleaned in a long time, dead roach found under our breakfast table and the Dannon light and fit yogurt at breakfast all had expired dates on them.
