This was not your average Best Western hotel. The lobby was bright and modern and the furnishings were colorful and new. Our room (a king) had modern furniture, nice bedding, a microwave and small fridge. The walk in shower was tiled and so unusually large for a chain hotel, I took a photo with the intention of writing this review.

Well, for starters very nice and friendly facility. The room was OK. Adorable. The pressure on the shower was very low, but they are very nice to provide a late check out which they didn’t have to. I would recommend the place. Oh yeah by the way, don’t take a hot steamy shower with the door closed and let the mirror steam up and then look into the mirror at your eyes. You never know what you’re gonna see. It was a pretty weird experience.

I had 2 rooms for 1 night and both rooms were identical. Bathroom needs renovations. The flapper on toilet didn’t work and you had to open the lid to seat flapper down so tank can fill. Not the worst but just lack of maintenance.
Black mold spots in restroom ceiling. That was just negligence by house keeping. Room 215 and 213 need to be closed for maintenance. Please don’t just wipe the mold clean, remove and replace drywall in restroom as the mold on outside means inside is even worst.
Cigarette smell on both rooms made it uncomfortable to sleep in and woke up with a soar throat.
Lots of details that make this hotel very basic and overpriced.

Overall, my stay at Best Western was a positive experience. While there were a few minor areas for improvement, such as a little more heat in that pool, a need for more thorough cleaning in certain areas (like dusting above the bed, securing toilet paper rolls and tissue holders, and cleaning the curtains), the comfort and hospitality made up for it.

The complimentary breakfast was decent, offering a solid variety of options to suit different preferences. It wasn’t anything overly extravagant, but it was certainly satisfying. The spread included cereals, fresh fruit, bread, and hot breakfast items like scrambled eggs and sausage. It struck a good balance between light and filling choices, and it was great to have the option of hot drinks or juice alongside the meal.

What truly stood out during my stay, however, was the exceptional staff. From check-in to check-out, they were friendly and accommodating. We were warmly greeted by Shana (pronounced Shay-na), who was incredibly helpful, even recommending a fantastic spot for me and my mom to grab a bite after our long travel. Later, when I requested an extra blanket for my mom’s room, another staff member assisted just as kindly. Their genuine care and attention made our stay feel truly special.

In conclusion, despite a few areas for improvement in the room, the overall experience was nice, and I would recommend this hotel as it is budget, and family friendly in a nice location overall. Minutes from Atl and other up and coming areas of GA.

Wonderful experience at this Best Western. Kudos to all the staff for doing a great job and that includes the housekeeping staff and breakfast personnel. My room was pristine and all the bed linens were freshly washed. The hallway, including the carpet and walls, were clean and looked well cared for.

Front desk workers are cheery and efficient, along with the manager, Kanarina, who is phenomenal and went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied with my stay. She offered to do a favor for me that I hadn't even asked her to do which ended up making my travel plans for the day far more relaxed.

This BW location deserves five stars and most definitely deserves your business. Cheers to the workers and management.

For the last week I have had to pleasure of resting, comfortable and peaceful in one of the newly renovated rooms. The renovation is BEAUTIFUL! The front desk clerks on both visits morning and evening have been soo polite, helpful, and very patient. I was told about the amenities, and having a guest laundry room is WONDERFUL. IWILL VISIT HERE AGAIN, AND WILL REFER OTHERS TO VISIT.

Overall, my stay has been very pleasant. I love all of the staff they have been absolutely wonderful to me. Kanarina the General Manager is wonderful and is so genuine. Paige, Shana, Lavits and Daira are all terrific. The breakfast is awesome and every morning. I want to give a special shout out to housekeeping because they work so very hard the rooms are always clean beds are comfortable the pillows fresh. Hortencia the Housekeeping manager is a true gem!!!!

I reserved the room for two people but there were only towels for one person. I had to go to the front desk to get more. When I reserved the room, I requested two extra pillows be placed in the room as I have a right arm/shoulder injury which requires I elevate that arm. When we arrived, the pillows were not in the room. When I asked the front desk clerk, she said that the room wasn't assigned until we arrived, the house keeping staff had left, and she didn't know where pillows are kept, so we would have to wait to see if all the rooms were taken and if not, she would take pillows from one of the empty rooms. We never heard from her, and I slept sitting up in a chair before leaving for a 5am flight the next morning. We were also assigned a room that had an adjoining room. The gap under the door was large, and the guests in the adjoining room were very loud. Their TV was loud, and they had to yell to carry on a conversation over it. I did not bother to complain as the front desk clerk was not at all helpful with the pillow issue, so why bother. Do NOT think we would stay at this hotel again.
