Place was clean and mostly quiet. People at the front desk are courteous. Contrary to the photo the lady serving the food was nice too. Food was okay. I’m just glad it came complimentary with the room.

First of all, every front desk person that we communicated with, were helpful to the point where when you communicate a question or a problem, they are immediately in problem solving mode so that when you hear, "Ok here you go..is there anything else we can do for you?", you are kind of standing there for a second or two before you realize that you are not gonna be told something about policy, or I'm sorry, not today, or if it was a leap year, maybe....or whatever excuses you get from many other places, are non existant here. You will be helped and presented with everything you have paid for and are entitled to, no questions asked. This was true with the housekeeping staff, and breakfast kitchen personnel also. They have a staff that know the hospitality indistry, and it shows at every level. Next, the rooms are very clean, quiet, & comfortable, with everything you could possibly need from a hotel room, including curtains that block out the light and make is soo comfortably dark, and a T.V. with a channel for every personality or interest.. The breakfasts are delicious and vary from day to day and are hot, fresh, & delicious. Everything from cereal, toast, eggs, sausage, biscuits n gravy, waffles, pancakes, sausage n egg breakfast muffins, coffee, cappuccinos, hot chocolate, cranberry juice, orange juice, apple juice, water, and its a great way to start your day. I got up early, fed my face, and then jumped right back in bed. LOVED this place.

I felt unsafe and didn't sleep at all one night. Noisy, intoxicated violent neighbors. Was moved to a better room next night which was good. But should have gotten a refund for that first night. Manager was suppose to call back but never did.

Best hotel in Hemet. The manager Vicki is really nice and attentive to her guest. I’ll make sure to be back more often. Thank you for providing a safe clean place for me to get some rest

If I could I would give it a zero star! Horrible hotel. The only bright thing is the front desk personnel. Great service offered. The place is falling apart and it literally STINKS!!!!!!

Horrible. We got a room that smelled like urine and the window did not have a proper latch. Did not feel safe. Left after 1st night.

Stayed for one week in a two queen size bed room. Staff was ok, check in was easy and breakfast was ok. The cleanliness of the room was not great at all... There were sweat rings on the round pillow, the floor was dirty (my kids took a shower and after walking on the floor their feet were black) so of course I asked housekeeping and the front desk if they could make sure to clean the room especially the floor, came back late that night and the room had not been cleaned at all (that really upset me) so I asked the front desk if they could get someone to clean it and he said no that they weren't able to since it was late they didn't have the stuff to clean with. That's not ok, all employees should have access to cleaning supplies at all times. Very disappointed at best western they should make sure their employees are cleaning the rooms correctly, this is a health issue that can't be slacked on. Also at check out, the lady asked how everything was and I told her about them not cleaning the room and how dirty it was and she asked if I had the make my bed thing on the door and I said I did, but I got no compensation at all.
