Came here after the previous hotel we reserved sucked. Room was clean, place is quiet, though the hallway did occasionally smell like Marijuana. Breakfast was alright, no way to make pancakes or waffles, just toast some basic cereals coffee and eggs and sausage. It's a hotel, you get what you expect.

Recently stayed here as just a birthday get away for one night. I work a lot and just needed a little break from reality. Let me just say, We absolutely loved it. The place is very very clean everywhere not just in the rooms and the staff is so nice and friendly. They are always willing to help you. The housekeeper here definitely does a wonderful job. I used to be a housekeeper myself for resorts so I know exactly what to expect. She/he is perfect and does their job very well. The beds are clean and comfy. The air conditioner in the rooms work very well. I also love that they have a huge variety of things for breakfast including coffee, juice, waffles, eggs, sausage, grits, yogurt, bagels, mini cinnamon rolls, toast, and cereal. It definitely exceeded my expectations. They also have a mini fitness center and two patios outside for people who smoke, want to grill, or just enjoy sitting outside. It’s very cute and inviting. During our stay the pool was temporarily closed though which I was kind of sad about. Also The only problem I had was there wasn’t any hot water in the shower. Which is a big deal to me as I take super hot showers. It was my fault that I did not check the hot water when we checked in as I’m sure they would have moved me to a different room if necessary. I did talk to them at the front desk about it when we checked out. She stated that side of the hall we were on does have trouble with hot water. Still I wasn’t mad. It just seems that they are in need of a good maintenance man to help with a lot of problems that the other staff can not take care of. Overall if the hot water was fixed this place would be a perfect hotel for anyone. I still recommend it and I’m willing to give it another try at a later date as everything was great overall. Just a tip though when checking in make sure your hot water works. Thanks for the great much needed get away.

We had to stop at this hotel to get some rest after a long drive, and honestly, we made the right choice by stopping here. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, allowing us to get the restful sleep we needed.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Columbus and had a mixed experience. When I called the hotel to make a reservation, the staff was friendly and helpful, though I was surprised to find that they wanted an additional $45 more before taxes for a room with two queen beds.

Upon arrival, check-in was smooth and efficient, and once again, the staff was courteous and welcoming. The room initially appeared to be clean and well-maintained, with no noticeable odors or glaring issues at first glance. However, the problems began when we tried to use the shower. We discovered it was full of mold, and the sliding doors were about to fall off the tracks, which was quite concerning and disappointing.

One important piece of advice for future guests is to be cautious when booking and ensure you understand their refund policy. This can help avoid any potential issues if you need to cancel or change your reservation.

On a positive note, the location of the hotel is quite convenient, with plenty of great food options within walking distance, which made dining out easy and enjoyable.

In summary, while the staff and location were excellent, the room's maintenance issues were a significant drawback.

This was a nice stay. Very clean and quiet. I worked out in the fitness center and enjoyed it. I’m heading back home soon and will stay here again . There was much to see around here but I was just passing thru and didn’t have time to spare………………….

I’ve stayed in several hotels in Columbus and would come back here in a second. Room was spacious and had a large sitting area and a desk. Very clean comfortable beds. Easy check in and free parking.i felt I underpaid for this hotel. Also had laundry facilities and nice gym.

This motel is not anywhere near Ft Moore. Misleading. advertising. Front desk clert very indiferrent attitide. Internet did not work. Breakfast is minimum. Curtains in room do not close completley causing outdoor parking lights to shine in the room all night

This could be a good hotel. The room was clean and no roaches. This is about all I've come to expect. However now hot water and a working bathroom door is also at the top of my list.

Pros.
Clean
No roaches (that we seen anyway)

Cons
Bathroom door is hanging off the hinges
Sink is stopped up and drains extremely slow
No hot water. I mean it's not even warm.

Disappointment. Shoulda stayed down the street for $30 less.
