We are very pleased with the service of the hotel. It is clean, neat and pleasantly located. It is on a hill and surrounded by trees. There is a beautiful view of the mountains and forest from all sides. This is our second time here and we came from Florida to escape the hurricane specifically to this hotel. Because we remember how wonderful it was on our first visit. And it lived up to our expectations. There is a charger for electric cars and we did not have to go anywhere to charge the car. We really recommend it.

Best Western Plus is located off the busy street in a quiet location. Rooms are excellent and beds were comfortable. However, customer service is poor . We had asked for a quiet room and were instead given a room overlooking a busy lobby with the assurance that since the hotel was not busy we should be fine. !When we complained about the noise from the lobby we were offered an alternate room. Another problem is that the breakfast spread was very thin and befitting a 1 star motel.

Room smells and looks clean.
The area was safe and quiet, hotel safe and quiet and convenient to shopping.
The customer service is fantastic- I checked in late, Front Desk personnel was courteous, pleasant efficient. Day of checkout- Jasmine at front desk was phenomenal. She was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Great stay.

This hotel is in a great location, outside of Birmingham in the suburb of Hoover. The hotel is up a tree-lined street on a quiet cul-de-sac. There’s plenty of parking, especially if you’re hauling a trailer or driving a rental truck. However, while there are tons of food options very near the hotel, walking is not really an option, unfortunately, because Hwy. 280 is super busy and there are no sidewalks. The room was very clean and comfortable for a short overnight stay. If you’re looking for a hotel on the fringes of Birmingham and on the other side of town to stay out of the traffic, then this Best Western Plus is for you.

It was OK, they just used SO MUCH scented cleaners we instantly had a migraine waking in. We only stayed one of 4 nights because we couldn't deal with the chemical smell. ...

OR the rude parents allowing their kids to be obnoxiously loud to breakfast in the morning while others are clearly still sleeping. But that's not the hotel's fault.

This hotel has so much potential... The customer service is good. Perhaps I got a bad room. I travel 90% of the month. Generally home only on the weekends. I'd probably give this location another try, if nothing else were to be available. Room I was in was dirty, stains all over my sheets, the fart fan was hanging from ceiling. The bathtub wouldn't drain properly. It is in a great location. Someone would think they would be eager to get thinks fixed or cleaned solely off the location.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend.
Customer service: It started out a little rocky at the front desk but all worked out smoothly. The staff were exceptionally professional and considerate.
Cleanliness: Rooms were very clean including a cleaned pool.
Atmosphere: peaceful and relaxing family oriented hotel
