We stayed one night on New Year's Eve. Despite getting a very good discount through Agoda, the night still cost about $350, including parking, which we felt was very expensive considering the hotel's standard. However, the hotel has an amazing location right in the center of Sedona, and our room had a breathtaking view. The staff was absolutely fantastic, especially as they helped us contact the car rental company after we got a flat tire, even after we had checked out. The breakfast was absolutely amazing.||

Walkable to shops, food, art galleries, jeep tours. Hotel is old n tired needs paint n updating. Overall, was a good stay. Staff is 5 stars! Breakfast great! Coffee machine in lobby a plus. Balcony and views of red rocks were amazing. Comfy beds. Good water pressure and large TV. 506 room was large with a couch. Only drawback was the Jacuzzi was a long walk below to the other resort.

We love how it's so walkable to Uptown shops restaurants. The Jacuzzi too far to walk to at the time shares below. The breakfast selections were good. Loved the coffee machine in lobby and fireplace. The bed was very large and comfy. Pillows need to be king size. The rooms are tired and need to be painted with better lighting for reading. Nice to have a balcony for air n great views of the red rocks. We received a call from staff asking us how we were doing. Was very thoughtful. 5th floor room 506 was very quiet.

The hotel is in an ideal location with excellent views of the Red Rocks. My wife and I stayed in a North Signature Room ( which is worth paying the extra for) for 5 nights in September . The room was nicely furnished with a comfortable King size bed, sofa, fireplace and a good bathroom and a balcony with excellent views. There is ample car parking and the hotel is within a very short walking distance of a number of good restaurants and shops. The Chamber of Commerce Information centre is also close by which is staffed by locals where you can get excellent information on all the best hiking trails etc. |All staff ( front desk, cleaning , breakfast room etc ) at this hotel are all extremely helpful . We were particularly impressed with Damon ( Operations Manager) and Brittany on the front Desk who quickly sorted out a couple of issues for us. My wife and I loved our stay here and hope to come back to Sedona. We will definitely want to stay at this hotel. If you do stay here ask for a room with a view facing the Red rocks and a Signature Room.

Location was exceptional, being right in the small, quaint corridor of walking distance to restaurants and shops. The view from our room was phenomenal with sweeping red rock scenery, Oak Creek and the outdoor pool. Friendly staff, good breakfasts, convenient parking, lovely outdoor pool with gorgeous scenery. Highly recommend!

This hotel is in a great location in Sedona.|There are restaurants and shops within walking distance.|The view from the room facing the Red Rocks is awesome!|It was nice to have a balcony to enjoy the view.|The prices are high but the views are great!|The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.|The breakfast was good. There were hot and cold choices. The breakfast attendant was very attentive.

Location is great and the views from private balcony are gorgeous.
The room is very outdated and the bathroom is the least desirable thing about this place. It smells like sewage and is just OLD. Definitely not up to par to Best Western Plus standards. The breakfast is good for being included in room price. Not many options but still plenty to find for everyone in the family. Hotel is right in downtown Sedona. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream and gelato.

The nicest BestWestern we’ve ever stayed at. Balcony with Mountain View and a short walk down to the creek. Hotel adjoins the Resort so BW guests are privy to all the Clubhouse amenities. Easy walking to downtown stores and restaurants. Excellent customer service- Brittany couldn’t do enough for us . Kudos to management for having such a great employee!
