To make a long story short, when I checked in I inquired about upgrading to a whirlpool room but decided I didn't want to pay the extra $50. After speaking to my husband he told me to treat myself. I called because I knew I would not be returning for a little while. The person on the phone (not the person who checked in me) had no idea how to give me a price because I had used points and cash to book my room, claiming that I would be paying the entire difference and quoting me a price higher than the best western website stating "they don't price match the best western website" umm what? I didn't ask about price matching but simply stated that the price she was telling me was different than their OWN website. After she put me on hold to speak to her manager, I hung up. At that point I was over trying to explain things to her. If someone doesn't know the best western rewards points system then simply let me speak to someone who does. When I returned she was sitting out front on her phone, can't say I was surprised. The room was not as clean as it could have been either, urine on the toilet, the tub spout dripped all night, AC smelled like mildew. Worst best western experience except for the original check in person.

I come here a lot very great customer service, food is great and seasoned, rooms a really clean, never found anything on my sheets and blankets nor my towels. I like everything about this place.. and definitely the fact that check out is 12pm not 11am I definitely get a bit more rest. I can say so many great things about this place but then I'll bore you guys and youd probably won't finish reading it haha. But that you to the people who keep this place running.

Do not stay here, we stayed here for Wasteland festival and somebody broke into our room and stole laptops, backpacks, car keys, speakers, Dj equipment. Management did not care to check cameras or do a police report, door was not busted so it was somebody that had a universal key to the rooms. It’s been almost 2 years and we have not heard anything about the police report. It was so hard to get a hold of owner as well and kept avoiding us.

During the fire electricity shut down, Best Western Plus Arrowhead Hotel opened it's doors to us along with Heather. Not knowing where to go or what to do. Heather made this whole process feel like a second safe place for my family and I. She never made us feel uncomfortable but on the contrary right at home. The rooms had clean walls, counter tops and most importantly clean beds and restrooms. Breakfast was also provided. Near stores and the 10 fwy. Sliding doors are locked for your security during early am hours from the outside. Big plus for family's safety. Thank you very much for providing us a temporary home during these wild fires.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Everyone of the staff members I encountered was very nice. There are many shopping and eating options within a few minutes of the hotel, making the location ideal for someone not familiar with the area.

We stayed there the 13th overall a great location service was on point 👉 by Tanya she was very helpful the all time. The Breakfast was so yummy. Super clean rooms we loved it.

Stayed here one night. Good location as we were running a race nearby. Rooms were clean, and it was quiet. The area around it seemed a little rough. Heather at the front desk was very helpful when we checked in.

Upon our arrival for check-in, Heather welcomed us with a smile and a friendly greeting. She made the entire check-in process effortless and smooth. I truly appreciated her flexibility in allowing us to check in a bit earlier than the usual time, which was especially nice after a long day of traveling by car.

We also had a great time enjoying the pool and jacuzzi during our stay. The pool water was clean, although a few fallen leaves from the surrounding trees had settled on the floor. The jacuzzi water was just as clean and hot as we anticipated. Additionally, the jets operated on their 30-minute timer without any issues.
