Good breakfast, good manager. Free coffee, hot cocoa 24 hrs. Great location, close to restaurants. Easy check-in and out. Would stay here again. Staff friendly and accommodating if problems arise. Small store inside for drinks and snacks.

I recently stayed at Best Western Ardmore, and what should have been a comfortable stay turned into every pet owner's worst nightmare. I booked a room for myself and my dog, ensuring that she would be safe and secure while I briefly left for breakfast. ||Before leaving, I double-checked that I placed the "Privacy Please" sign on the door to prevent cleaning staff from entering. Despite this, when I returned, my dog was not in the room where I had left her—she had somehow managed to leave the room, take an elevator down three floors, and make her way into the parking lot. ||I was horrified to find her in the parking lot. Had I not arrived when I did, she could have easily wandered into the street and been injured or worse. ||When I approached the staff, while they were apologetic, they defended the cleaning crew and assured me they wouldn't have let her out. However, the fact remains that my dog, left securely in the room, somehow ended up outside without my knowledge. No action was taken by the hotel beyond verbal apologies, and I was left deeply unsettled by the lack of accountability. ||This incident could have ended tragically. I urge Best Western Ardmore to take immediate steps to improve their pet policies, ensure staff are better trained to prevent such incidents, and offer compensation to guests affected by such severe oversights. ||For pet owners considering a stay here, please be aware of the risks.

Been here for 2 months plus for work and it’s a great hotel. It’s clean, nice breakfast and well maintained.

The staff is an A+ absolutely love the manager Sanjay, he makes it a point to say hello to everyone and treats you like family. This is a great hotel, you will enjoy your stay!

Friendly staff, very clean hotel, rooms were super clean as well. Breakfast had good selections and was tasty. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Nice clean hotel. Front desk personnel were super nice when we arrived and at check out. They called to make sure the room was acceptable and made sure we had what we needed. Breakfast was better than at most hotel buffets. A pleasant stay in Ardmore.

Wonderful hotel experience! Rooms were immaculate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were great. Lots of options nearby for food/delivery. Absolutely plan on returning in the near future.

The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. I would not recommend upgrading to the “suite” with the sofa bed. The mattress was terrible. You could feel every spring in the mattress and very uncomfortable for my child. The top right support was broken and their pillow kept falling through the hole. I talked to the person at the front desk about the issue and he said a manager would come look at it. When i checked back that evening, he said the manager saw no issue with the mattress. He offered for us to switch rooms, but we declined because we didn’t want to move everything and felt like we would have the same issue, because he kept telling us that the sofa mattress was acceptable. We asked for a deduction off the room since we paid extra for the sofa bed and he agreed to that . Our credit card bill still does not reflect this deduction (maybe because of the holidays, i don’t know). Also, the door to the hallway had about a 3/8” gap so the light from the hall was shining into the room all night. Overall, this hotel is ok, we will not be staying there again, but felt safe in the hotel and regular beds were comfortable.

For the past three years we've visited Ardmore twice a year for special events. We always stay at the Best Western Plus Ardmore and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The common areas and rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast is consistently one of the best. This visit the scrambled eggs were fresh. They had a choice of sliced sausage links or patties along with delicious country fried potatoes. The biscuits and gravy were very tasty as well. The hotel is centrally located for shopping, entertainment and dining. We highly recommend the hotel!
