Nice countryside hotel. Beds are pretty comfy. Nice to have a decent size fridge and a sink! All of the other guests were quiet and respectful from what my wife and I heard.

I’d recommend putting in some dim night lights around the entrance/kitchenette/bathroom area—I bonked my head on the coat rack at oh dark thirty trying to get to the toilet.

We stopped here on our way back from Utah, I use Best Western all the time and normally enjoy my stay. Unfortunately not so much this time. We found the room to be clean but out dated and worn. Having paid a premium for the room the bed was hard, pillows and blankets were thin, we didn’t get a good nights sleep. I cannot recommend staying here until they remodel and update.

Best continental breakfast I've ever had at a hotel! Julie greeted us with a smile and kindness, there were omelets and sausage, Biscuits and Gravy, waffles and all kinds of good stuff. A really pleasant stay.

Brought a basketball team to Pendleton for the state tournament. Unfortunately, the Best Western was the only place left with enough rooms. Due to the influx of people to Pendleton for the tournament the Best Western raised their rates to over $300/night. I talked to the Chamber of Commerce and they talked to the owner of the hotel about giving us their normal rate since we are a school, but the owner refused to reduce the rate and charged us over $300 a night. I understand people need to make money, but to charge a school those prices was disappointing to say the least.

Positive: Easy access from freeway Negative: Had issue with missing remote for TV, called front desk they said they would bring one, didn't show up went to desk got remote. Remote didn't work, so they wanted us to move rooms. We were already settled in. This was not a good option. No resolution.

For a town that is very lite on visitors most of the year the room price is way to high. Old tv, old decor, box fan ac in the family suit.. 1 of my 3 stars is for the breakfast being open before 530am. That is very appreciated.

This was a really good experience. Rooms were clean, breakfast was nice, needs were comfortable. I highly recommend the Best Western chain in general.

A little out dated but ALL staff were extremely friendly and helpful. 5 Stars for Continental Breakfast, probably the best hotel Breakfast we've ever had, Julie does a great job!
