I stayed here this week for work in the surrounding area. It's a hotel, nothing more or less. The elevator sounding like it was going to break at any moment wasn't very reassuring. The continental breakfast was garbage. The hot food looked overcooked, no oatmeal ever, pretty much the only options that were viable were yogurt or pre-packaged cereals. There's a speak easy style restaurant downstairs that's open to the public. They were great. TV remote didn't work for the TV in the room. Internet needed to be reset daily. Heater/AC in room left something to be desired. The room itself felt dated and old. If I wasn't here for work, I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here.

The room was aged, dark & dingy, but clean. The door to the room kept sticking & was hard to close. No ventilation in the bathroom. Two towels and two small bars of soap for the 3 people registered in the room. I was, overall, uncomfortable. Glad we only stayed one night.

The food in the Speakeasy in the basement was great, and the staff was awesome. Service was really slow, because there was only one server for the entire bar. She was clearly stressed, but kept a smile on her face, and still gave us good service.

Awesome! Comfy beds, great amenities, and if you're staying there for Robin's Theatre, sometimes the bands stay here. At least for my trip they did.

I stayed there starting December 17 2024 up to December 22, 2024. first couple of days were OK and then the third day my stuff was moved around and I was missing minor stuff. I relayed this to management and they said they’ll take care of it the next day all my stuff was cleared out and thrown in the trash while I still had another extra day with them. I had to dig for my stuff in the trash because the front desk would not touch the trash bags. I have lost a few items and they did not care found most of my stuff, but they cannot have been even bothered to get that stuff for me or even offer to clean the stuff that they threw away. After spending 500+ dollars, this is what I deserve? I would not recommend at all stay clear of this area. There are multiple hotels around that I would go to before I go to this one again.

Convenient location. I had a very odd shower.. I got put into a handicap room due to availability. Parking was tight out back for a full size truck.

Positive: It is an older hotel that is kept well. The amenities were sufficient but not high quality. Negative: They had a birthday party in their conference room with loud music and loud guests until 10:30pm and there was Marijuana smell coming from the party into our 2nd floor room.

Waited over 20 minutes to get a desk employee to show up. Parking is confusing and not easy access if you have trucks or are towing. Rooms were clean but Heat (A/C) unit was insanely loud. Shower water would not get hot no matter what but the sink water was hot. Definitely wish I wouldn't have paid for this place!

This Best Western should be renamed Worst Western. A few things I encountered: thread bare towells, ill fitting ragged and dirty carpets creating dangerous folds throughout the room. |The room number was missing which caused some confusion. ||A prophylactic was discarded at night in front of a door down the hall and although reported to the front desk, was not removed and remained there the next morning. It was reported again and the front desk seemed unconcerned saying” housekeeping will take care of it”. ||The printer in the business center wasn’t working and I asked the front desk for assistance, and was told it was out of toner, but made no effort to fix it. Nor apologize for the inconvenience. Told me I could send it to the hotel email and they would print it out for me but it was a sensitive business document. ||I was sorely disappointed and surprised at the condition of this Best Western. I travel quite frequently and have stayed at Best Western hotels many times and never had an issue.
