There's a lot of negative reviews here, and while some have photographic evidence that warrants their negativity, in the two separate times I've stayed here over the past few years I've never had an issue. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating, so no issues there.

The rooms themselves have a distinct feeling of moisture in the air which can be unpleasant but I didn't pick up any unpleasant odors that would hint of mold. My partner claims that the tub smells but I didn't spend much time in the bathroom so I couldn't say. The sheets themselves were clearly washed and clean but there were still noticeable stains, and my partner says they felt sticky but I didn't get that feeling. The AC was also pretty weak, and even with it being set pretty low it still felt warm in the room.

The location itself is in a very convenient location, being located right next to the I-85 on ramps and easy access to highways that go wherever you need to go. The area can be sketchy at night, but it's not anything that I didn't expect. I never felt unsafe during my stay but at the same time I wouldn't go to the local gas station after 9 or 10. There were also some bumps and noises in the night and at one point it sounded like someone running down the hall.

Overall, this hotel is exactly what you would expect for the price. If you need a convenient place to sleep for one night during your travel, it's hard to beat.

The hotel is filthy and smells really musty. Not clean enough. The toilet is too low to the floor and the seat was too small for the toilet and stained on the back with poo. The towels were all muddy looking couldn't use to wash your face or anything. We slept in out clothes and didn't even shower before we left. It was the only place to"sleep" because everyone was coming up from the South for the hurricane. Would not recommend at all. Some people complain just to be complaining but I am just trying to honestly let people know how bad it really is.

Everything was AWESOME!!! Mr. Dan Patel was absolutely amazing. He made our stay so satisfying and comfortable. He constantly checked to see if there was anything else he could for us. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was amazing. They had a full course breakfast with some of the best coffee!! Don’t walk RUN and book this hotel!!!

The positive reviews on this hotel are what lead my family to stay here. We now believe the positive reviews must not be real. While the hotel itself isn't the worst, the location is terrible. We checked in early on a Saturday and spent the day in a nearby town. We got back to the hotel around 8:30 pm and felt very unsafe. We got our bags and drove back home instead of staying the night. The buildings on either side are abandoned and no doubt have illegal activities. The gas station across the street had at least 15 people hanging out on the corner and just not a place where you want to be at night. I would stay away from this place unless you don't care about being safe. Can't say too much about the room since we didn't even stay the night. From our brief 5 minutes or so in the room, it seemed decent. The lady at the front desk was friendly. Although she did require that we pay the $20 early check in fee with cash, which we thought was a little strange. She said since we paid for the room in points, the only way to pay the fee was cash. Bottom line, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I totally enjoyed my stay at Best Western. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, even told me about the 10000 points if you stay 3 nights toward free visits. Love that! Room was clean and comfortable, 206 was my room. Even number rooms face the parking lot so, I could see my car, gave me the security I needed. Used stairs twice and no problems. Must access your room from front lobby and not from left outside door. Food was 5 stars. turkey sausage, buttermilk biscuits, cereals, scrambled eggs, country sausage gravy, milk, pancake batter for waffles, various fruits, muffins, juice, sunny delight, yogurt, that was the real star. Would definitely stay again. I did not go to the pool, so I have no idea if it was okay or not. Best Westen is upscale and the buildings around it are not, but they built a fence to separate, which I think is commendable. Seems like Management has cameras to make sure we the guests are taken care of. Saw families with small kids, construction workers, nurses, consultants use this location.

Good value, includes breakfast. Facilities included a swimming pool & fitness area, unfortunately did not stay long enough to use them but at least they were available. The staff was pleasant and greeted you quickly. Explained what you needed to know without having to ask. Mr Patel the owner/manager was extremely nice and wanted to make sure they provided what the customer expected.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The rooms are old and run down. The comforter was visibly old and torn up. The window cover was broken and hanging off. The shower head was held on by black tape. And let’s not even talk about the shady area it’s in or the run down elevator or hallways. The room was so bad we didn’t stay the night. We told the front desk agent *sweetie* if that’s even her real name we wanted to leave and cancel the room and give me a refund she acted as if she didn’t understand and said you * HAVE* to stay the night…. She didn’t offer a new room she didn’t offer to come look at the room she basically said this is what you get.

Positive: Staff was friendly Negative: This hotel is in a HORRIBLE location. There is an abandoned motel right next to it where people hang out, and a store across from it where there was a lot of nonsense. A lot of illegal activity was going on outside if the hotel as well.
