Hello, I have never stayed in a hotel yet by myself, and this is my first experience as a adult of getting one.🤣the staff was very nice and kind, and my room was nice for the price, as well as clear of bugs. I was worried of getting a room since I've never got one, and read through lots of reviews. this hotel is very nice and accommodating to me. I felt welcome and had great service! Would come by again🥰

Start with the good. Room seemed to be cleaned well. Bed uncomfortableish but to be expected in level hotel. Shower spray not good. If looking for a good, clean, cheaper room this is for you. Want a good shower no this isn't the place.

Collin the front lady at check out tried to charge me for my service animal 35$ than wanted to argue with me saying she doesn’t have to accept my paperwork. Than tried to charge 50$ after I called and asked for her name and the manger! She is very rude and shouldn’t be working there! We wasn’t charged at check in so why u trying to after we are leaving. She needs to learn customer service or get better sleep besides staying up all night on the glass pipe. My dog didn’t damage anything room wasn’t even checked at check out, told the lady at check in about my dog, wasn’t asked breed, paperwork or deposit!

Much better breakfast than I expected. A bit noisy due to Vehicles parking immediately outside your door and doors being so close together. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I am so disappointed. We are BW Reward members, so we try to always stay at BW.
First, pros: super friendly, great customer service, excellent breakfast.

However, our room was disgusting.
There was some mysterious substance all over the wall by the trash can (of which there was only one). Marks on the bathroom door from dirt and dirty hands. Marks all over surfaces, which makes you wonder what is actually clean in the room. I was too tired last night to complain and ask for a different room; I don't trust that it would have been clean, anyway.

If you DO stay here, stay upstairs. You can hear everything above you. We were woken up really early because of the noise.

Again, extremely disappointed.

The mattress was comfortable with several pillows. The hotel is easy to find and located in a good area. We have stayed here several times and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We are always treated like family and recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Positive: Hot Breakfast, Big screen tv, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Negative: A little dated and too many big trucks in a small parking lot.

Motel is in horrible shape, awful smell when we walked in, huge stain on the floor, bathroom looked horrible. The tube had stains on it, it needed replaced. The bed was awful and neither one of us could sleep. |The best part of the stay was the breakfast.
