It’s a Best Western so of course it’s nice! The breakfast is great! Plenty of choices! But what makes me give 5 stars? Tasha! Her bubbly personality and great customer service have made my stay so much better! She has gone above and beyond for my coworkers and I, who have been here a week due to the weather. I sure hope management realizes what a gem Tasha is! 👏👏👏👏

The owner, and his humans, are some of the most polite, friendly, kindest people (and Bruno) we have ran across in the hotel world. The lengths they went through to make sure we had dinner, was top notch! We 100000000000% recommended this hotel. The room was very clean and nice. The price was affordable. Breakfast was good and Bruno approved as well! We will definitely stay here again!!

I travel frequently for work and have stayed in hotels all over the USA, but my recent experience at this Best Western ranks as one of the top ten worst I’ve had. Unfortunately, it was the only option available in town, and I genuinely would have preferred to sleep in my car.

1. Cleanliness: Everything was very dirty, but the carpet was particularly disgusting.

2. Amenities: The TV in the room was not working, which was frustrating.

3. Safety: The smoke detector was barely hanging on the wall, raising serious safety concerns.

4. Water Pressure: There was almost no water pressure in the shower, making it a very unpleasant experience.

The final straw was breakfast. I can’t understand how FSIS would allow such conditions. Items like Philadelphia cheese should definitely be kept in the fridge, but instead, they were left sitting out on the table. The results were shocking—just take a look at the pictures I took.

Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. If you’re looking for a place to stay, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Positive: Location, good breakfast, very nice people. They had a Golden Retriever that was so friendly. If you don't like dogs you probably won't like it, but it was as friendly as can be. We enjoyed petting it. Negative: They were short handed in the ladies cleaning the rooms, so we had to ask for coffee and towels and didn't get the room made up but it was not a big deal. We got a good deal on the room as we booked online.

The cleanliness of the room was typical of such hot spots, pretty dismal and very disappointing. The ladies and gents are so nice and the location is excellent. I'm a local and I drive up there to watch the sunsets from the parking lot it's so peaceful and pretty quiet. Could be so much cleaner and would be if they paid a decent wage. Shame for locust Grove cuz it sure is beautiful here and lots of good good things and people. God bless the USA!

Filthy carpet. Interesting way to repair plumbing—stuff toilet paper in the hole. Cigarette burns in no smoking room. Worn dirty furniture. No way “to post” the odor—ugh! Worst Western at best. Room 214

Clean and inviting hotel and staff. Lots of hot water, clean bedding, shower etc. The chair and desk were nice and plenty of room to spread out in our king suite. Very nice dining room for a buffet breakfast. Would definitely come again if in the area.

Positive: Location convenient to wedding venue. Helpful staff. Negative: When I checked in at 3, saw stain on duvet. Told front desk and they changed it as I asked before I returned from a wedding at 10. The carpet was extremely stained to the point I always wore shoes. The tile floor in the bathroom seemed clean.
