My partner and I stayed at the Best Western Lake Oswego/Portland over two nights. Before we even arrived, I got a text welcoming us, and letting us check in through the text. Our key was waiting when we arrived. The room was clean and very large, with a seating area and bed area. Our bed was very comfortable.
On the second day, I got a text asking how our first night was. And after checking out, I got the last text thanking us for choosing the Best Western Lake Oswego.
This hotel is well situated - it is right off the freeway with easy access; the center of Lake Oswego is only 10 minutes away!
The personal touch was very nice. The only detail that could have been better was the light switch for the mirror and sink area. The switch is located by the door, but there isn't a secondary one nearer to the sink/mirror area.
Will we return to this hotel? Yes we will.

Nice, clean hotel rooms. Fresh, comfortable beds. We took advantage of the hot tub and pool. The breakfast service was fantastic. Hot and cold choices. My son loves the waffle bar.|We had to stop along I-5 and knew that Lake Oswego would be a safe place to stay.

The room was a great accommodation for my family and I at an affordable rate. Breakfast was also nice and convenient. Also conveniently located by two popular restaurants( Olive Garden, Applebees). Staff was also great and helpful with extending my stay after booking thru Expedia. Loved our stay.

Spacious room, clean and family friendly. Good breakfast! Hotel staff was friendly. First floor was a little loud. But could have just been the room we had. Nicely renovated rooms. Easy on and off freeway. Pool was nice and clean. Spacious was nice.

Uncomfortable bed, but unbeatable service! If you like your mattress to be stiffer, definitely the place for you. That's simply a personal preference to have a fluffier mattress, so it's not a deciding factor on how many stars we gave. My husband and I enjoyed this Best Western, and it's very conveniently located! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place!

This hotel is a great place to stay. We did find some breakfast items that were either bad or were not kept stocked. The hot tub is great, the room was wonderful and clean. I had spilt a liquid and when I wiped it up the paper towel was clean except for what I had spilled. | We will remember this hotel and use them again

After traveling across the country, this hotel was the best we’ve stayed at. Why it has a 2 star rating is beyond me! We had a large tastefully decorated room, with the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in. The shower was decorated with beautiful white tiles; the water was hot. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was hot and tasty! Staff were friendly and helpful. Good job Lake Oswego staff!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating from check in to breakfast the next day. The room was very clean. The hotel is right next to the freeway but the road noise didn’t bother me. Looks like they keep each room supplied with ear plugs just in case.
