We stayed one night at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The hotel consists of multiple separate buildings with rooms. We booked a 1 King Bedroom suite with a sofa bed in the dining area and kitchen. The rooms were clean, and it was a relief to find a Best Western hotel with a bathroom door lock.

Breakfast was served in a different building near the pool area and was satisfactory. However, one area for improvement would be to provide pots, pans, and cutlery in the kitchen rooms without requiring guests to request them after check-in. Additionally, the provided pots and pans should be appropriately sized, and the plastic cups for coffee and tea could be improved (Ceramic).

Overall, we had no major complaints and would recommend this hotel to others

Loved staying here. Hotel seemed quite nice for the price. Quiet at night, staff were helpful and friendly. In the future, would bring ear plugs for the early morning as I was woken up by people getting for early breakfast talking outside my door. Hot breakfast was yummy. Lovely pool and hot tub. Close to the highway, Whole Foods, restaurants. Lots of parking. Would stay again.

I stay here anytime I am near Tucson. It is a wonderful hotel with a great staff and nice, clean rooms. The property is clean, very quiet and there are numerous places to eat within 5-10 minutes at most. I highly recommend it if you are staying in or near Tucson. You will not be disappointed.

Good location for a few days stay. Plenty of restaurants in the area, and breakfast is plentiful too. The beds are quite firm and the blankets are thin. No fluffy comforter.

Rooms as well as open spaces were clean and well maintained. Served hot breakfast with lots of options to choose from. Everything was fine except one issue of thermostat not working properly in my room. Temperature kept fluctuating the whole night.

We had a terrible experience and do not recommend this property! The computers crashed and we waited an hour to check in. After finally checking in, we were given a room that had NOT been cleaned yet. The second room we were moved to had a bathtub faucet that ran slowly and constantly (you could not shut it off). Also the tub filled up with water while we showered - it would not drain properly. The bathtub itself needs to be replaced - it is old and dirty. We also could hear every single sound from the neighboring room. Their loud alarm clock was on repeat at 5:30 am and they yelled and spoke loudly at all hours of the day. The walls are terribly thin!!! There was also a huge gap below the main door to the room - bugs or who knows what could definitely get inside the room. There was also a strange smell to the room.

Decent location and hot breakfast was good. Computers crashed and we had to wait an hour to check in. First, we were placed in a dirty hotel room and had to be moved to another room which was inconvenient. Tub filled up when we took a shower - it would not drain. Also, the tub faucet would not shut off - had a slow constant leak ( not a drip!). We had very loud neighbors - the walls are paper thin!! You can hear everything! They let their alarm go off for minutes at a time repeatedly and it was extremely rude. They spoke/yelled loudly and kept us awake. I do not recommend staying here!

Worst Best Western I have ever been too. TV didn't work, toilet wasn't bolted down properly, wires not properly covered. It looks like they were about to renovate the property, we at least should have gotten a reduce rate room

The response from this owner is a lie or he has the wrong person. We arrived at your hotel at 1am in the morning and left at 10am. We did not have any encounter with the staff accept check in and she was pleasant and all the staff was pleasant even the ladies in the breakfast room. I think you just don't like my negative review regarding your room.
