Finding a place to stop at 11pm was tough. Thankfully this Best Western had a room with a decent rate. The girl at the front desk for check in was very nice. Room was clean and organized. Hot breakfast in the morning is always a plus. Morning staff were super nice and considerate.

Outside entrance to room, no elevator. If you arrive after 9, plan on their lobby entrance being locked. The front desk checks you in behind a bullet proof windows. Don't leave valuables in your vehicle. It's not located in the best area. A lot of police activity the morning we left, and the smell of pot everywhere. The room was a nice size but not clean. There was a hole in the bathroom door. Carpets and bathroom floors were dirty. The breakfast was very disappointing. The waffle maker they didn't want to clean because a waffle remains were left in one, so they just turned them off and said out of order. I would never stay here again. The only thing was it was a decent price for a few hours of sleep. I guess you get what you play for.

The young lady working at the front desk was very nice. The price for this hotel is a lot cheaper than neighboring hotels so that was a plus. The pool was nice. The rooms were outdated. The beds we're comfortable. It took forever to get hot water for a shower. For some reason the room had a Roku remote in it that didn't even work. The tv channels were horrible! Only sports channels then anything past that it said no signal. Overall I probably wouldn't come back but for a 1 night just get to some sleep it wasn't to bad

Check in staff is super friendly and so is Nelly at breakfast. The pool area looked nice and had a large hot tub. This is a motel, not a hotel. The room we had was large with plenty of room for the four in our group. The variety of food at breakfast was good, but the food itself was just okay.

Unfortunately, this was the only hotel that allowed dogs that was available. However, I would sleep in my car before staying here again. The rooms smelt bad and were DIRTY... like you slept with one eye open thinking cockroaches were going to crawl on you in the middle of the night. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower curtain had nasty stains on it. The bathroom door didn't fully shut either. I would NOT recommend this to anyone. It amazes me how downhill Best Western's standards have gone. For $175, including the pet fee, I would expect MUCH better. The front desk had nothing to say about it either.

Can't beat it for the price. They said it was renovated and by God it actually was. The room was clean and no bugs. Beds were actually pretty comfy and I got a decent nights sleep. Would definitely book again

The rooms were clean, pool was nice, and the breakfast staff Ms.Nelly, was very helpful and the breakfast was good and hot. I would defintly recommend this hotel to other friends and family. And looking forward to staying here in the futur. Thanks

One night stay when driving north, princess 6 lb poodle in tow, after looking at google maps I called ahead to be on the west side of the hotel - open grassy area for potty - very nice lady put us in room 105 - ground floor - perfect!

Room was nice and clean, bed comfy, nice and quiet.

Breakfast was open at 6 am - good coffee , nice assortment, plenty of options.

On the road again…

Would stay there again - they’re doing it right
