The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The problem was the shower was luke warm to cool. It would have been nice to have a hot shower in the morning or anytime for that matter. I would not recommend the hot breakfast. Scrambled eggs looked like big yellow blocks and the bacon was very greasy. Lots of grease settled in bottom of warmer.

I would never stay at this hotel!!! The hotel is outdated and when I went into the room, it smelled really bad. I literally left to find a new hotel and came back to Best Western and told them I'm canceling my reservation. They told me they would still charge me a full night stay. I told them all I did was walk into the room and walk out and you're gonna still charge me a full night? They said yes! I shouldn't have to pay for a room that was smelly and I did not feel comfortable in. Stay far away from this hotel; it is not worth the money!!! Their customer service is horrible!!!! if I could give a zero, I would.

Stayed 1 night. Large room with king bed. Very clean! Surprisingly quiet for being right on the main street. Free breakfast was adequate, with decent variety. Lots of places nearby for meals.

The room was comfortable and clean, the service was good, good communication and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous very fresh and yummy! It was a good time.

The accommodations were nice. Breakfast was free. ||The only bad thing is we arrived at 1:30 pm and there was no room available to just drop our bags in and freshen up a bit until 3:00 pm. This made it hard as we had a 4:00 pm rehearsal and dinner to attend. When we came back at 3:00 the lobby was crowded. The computer was down and the girl at the front desk was new. But she used her management key to open a room so we could at least unpack our things. She didn't panic and remained professional. It's just that we had to rush and didn't get any rest and we traveled from Tucson non stop.

Positive: The breakfast was very good and the hotel is in a great location. Lots of places close by to eat at. Oh and free chocolate chips cookies during the day that were delicious. Negative: Wish the jacuzzi was running.

During check in the staff was not friendly and seemed a bit flustered.
The hotel was not full yet the staff placed guests in rooms next to each other instead of spreading out on the first floor. There was a barking dog next to us, trash truck service at 5 AM or some god awful time, and two construction workers next to us idling their cars very early.

Check out the staff said, “checking out?” And never made eye contact nor did she ask how was your stay etc. During the check out process she proceeded to have a side conversation with another staff member about how there was a strong perfume odor coming from the back, and kept repeating this but never speaking to me again during check out. At the end she said, “you want a printed receipt?” And that was it. Never thanked me for my stay or any other customer service skills.

I stay at BW hotels because I value the brand, however these two staff members had no customer service skills or training which made me feel like I stayed at some low rate hotel. They can do better! It’s all about the customer or your business will suffer.

The good thing about the stay: excellent coverage with the newer shades on the window. Thank you.

The pancake machine at breakfast was not loaded with batter nor a sign on it that it was not working.

The room had a strong either cleaner, pet hair and smoke smell which made me allergic; I had to purchase Benadryl to take as we almost checked out.

I love BW but this experience has me thinking twice about my next stay.

Check-in was quick and the staff was pleasant and efficient. I stay at this location frequently and I was greeted like a family member. Lobby was clean and so was the eating area. The room was also clean. Standard setup with small frig, microwave, single coffee maker and large TV. Equiped with multiple USB locations.
