The room was clean and quiet. For you tall people, the shower head in our room was very accommodating. We were concerned with the location but it was fine and we felt safe. Front desk staff were very efficient and courteous. This is not a 5 star hotel but it was fine for our stay while attending a wedding in the area.

I have to say I did not have the “best” western experience. The hotel left me with much to be desired.

First, I must mention that it feels as though a certain female staff member was staring a bit excessively. Like a glance is cool, but long stares are rude. This happened at breakfast.

Second, attention to detail was lacking in the cleaning and care of the room I stayed in, I really hope the rest of the rooms weren’t like mine.

Third, attitude attitude attitude. I had a poor interaction with the male at the front desk. There was a scheduling error, and when I tried to address this, he was in a very matter of fact way rude. It didn’t matter who messed up the date, it needed to be fixed.

So in conclusion, look elsewhere to bring your business.

I liked it. The front desk clerk was welcoming and open. There are some eating within walking distance. The staff handled a noise complaint quickly with a loud neighbor. I appreciated that. There was a problem with the bill but the manager resolved it at check-out.

I stayed for 2 nights on a business trip with my partner, the location is very accessible to the freeway and was relatively easy to find. We had a bit of an issue with scheduling and charges, and unfortunately was not satisfied with some of their customer services we experienced, however the business did rectify the payment issues we were experiencing today and I’ve changed my review to reflect that compensation, thank you for your service

As far as Best Westerns go, this one just did not live up to their standards. I've stayed in many Best Western hotels, & this was more like a converted Motel 6. And finding it was pure hell. We drove around in circles 3xs before finally locating it.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the air conditioner was off when we arrived. It took most of the night with it running on high to cool the room down. Impossible to sleep. Also to note, this location does not have an elevator. You must climb stairs to get to the 2nd floor rooms.

The room smelled of smoke and was not cleaned well. The bed was much firmer than we were accustomed to. Breakfast was so bad we went to McDonald's.
On the positive side, the facilities are in good condition, and the area felt safe.

Clean room bed comfortable decent tv guide breakfast not so great went to McDonald's next door. We will not be staying at this location again.
