I stayed for two days with my wife and kids. Worse place ever. The bed gad bedbugs and my kids got bitten all over. On top of that they charge my wife extra money for no reason. We left the room and cleaned up everything. When I talked to the guy working that morning about it he was very disrespectful to me and my family. I can't believe that. I'm filing a report with corporate and hr and everyone to know how terrible and disrespectful this place is

Stayed on 10/26/24, checked in front desk staff was kind. Room 221 had bed bugs. My son was bitten on his neck and back. I was bitten on the chest and hand. Took pictures of my son and the bed. Called front desk and advised that there were bed bugs. Front desk clerk apologized and was given another room. Checked out the next morning and spoke with the front desk clerk. He was not a bit concerned and stated that there were not bed bugs. I told him that I took pictures of the bugs. His response was that we were given another room. He said that he would ask if I can be offered a discount. He seemed less concerned, like it was normal. Reviewing prior reviews and customers a couple of months ago mentioned bed bugs. So, you guys were aware of the issue. From my understanding if it was treated it wouldn't be an issue. In response to your response. I did not mention a roach and then bed bugs. You can speak with your night clerk, I did not tell him there were roaches. I mention bed bugs. I know the difference. If you needs pictures I can send them to you.

It's an older hotel but it is very well kept up. Nice and clean. The gentleman at the desk gave me a restaurant to try. He was very knowledgeable about things around town.

Words can’t begin to describe how much I love this hotel when I was without a home I was living from hotel to car, I was able to stay here and felt safe and loved. The staff including the owner was amazing, let me check in early, and made me feel welcome.

Positive: Staff was amazing, room looked great! Good size refrigerator, with microwave in a kitchenette setup with a sink. Negative: Mattress was not very comfortable, and shower head didn't fully spray.

The website says there is a pool but it's filled in with dirt. They did not read the notes in our reservation because we asked for a conjoined rooms and did not get it. The also wouldn't let me check in because my cousin reserved the room and put in the comments that I was checking in before her.

Great hotel with nice rooms and super comfortable beds. Customer service was awesome. Plenty of parking, which is always a plus. Location was great and close to everything. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Hiram.

Great location for really good restaurants in the area... The hotel is more like a motel though... Hard bed, itchy scratchy sheets, less than mediocre breakfast, staff could care less about new guest checking in...
