We found the king suite to be really comfortable! The room had a walk in shower (large) and the toilet was one of the higher ones. Found the HVAC to be very quiet, had to even check to see if it was on! Having the Denny's right across the parking lot was great too! The Denny's gives a 10% discount when you show your hotel card, but also gives a 10% for military members and veterans.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL! I accidentally booked the wrong date online last week. When I realized my mistake I called this hotel who sent me to corporate in Arizona where I was told I would receive an email from the General Manager of this hotel within 2-5 days. That did not happen. I called this hotel this morning again to be sent to corporate. Who then sent me back to this hotel. All 5 of the people I have talked to since last Friday are unable to cancel a booking. The General Manager is not coming in today and despite working on this issue for a WEEK talking to 5 different people…I can’t cancel ONE night at this hotel. Absolutely horrible customer service.

By far the highest priced best Western I've ever stayed at and the lowest quality. $310 for 1 night. The room was very poor quality. Old small tv with a remote that wouldn't turn the tv on or control the volume. It was very sloppy, panting, and caulking, and the bathroom was gross. The toilet seat had to be held up. The sound damping was nonexistent. Not only do you hear every tv, kid, door close, and toilet flush, you get to be soothed to sleep by the buzz of the fridge. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is that the breakfast wasn't bad. This was my first and last time staying here. The town is busy with construction, and the hotels are packed. you choose to jack up the price. $310 for 1 person 1 night on a Monday.....

If I can give the next person any advice, prebook at the oxford. You won't regret it.

The staff here was able to get my room ready early so I could get to sleep earlier and still enjoy my room, I've stayed here a couple times now and every time the front desk ladies have been absolutely lovely and great to talk with. The rooms are sparkling clean and smell nice, Denny's is right next door and has a bar. The rooms are spacious and have great amenities. Plenty of space on the street for tractor trailers. Top notch hotel, a great example of a hospitality.

Professional friendly staff greeted me when I walked in to check in. Cleaning staff were friendly when I asked for another coffee pod. My only comment is that part of the road that google maps sent me down is terrible. It needs to be grated. Oh, the 10% coupon to Denny’s was a great bonus. I was disappointed with the free drink coupon, it won’t cover anything non alcoholic. I just wanted a beer with no alcohol. This place gets 2 thumbs up.

Customer service was amazing at check-in. They had popcorn and cookies. Love that my daughter loves that love the fact that when you’re an elite member you get waters. Also breakfast is on site. You also get a drink voucher for Denny’s either alcohol wine or beer checkouts not till 11 breakfast is your usual bacon, eggs, hashbrowns toast, coffee juice, milk, cereal, fruit, and muffins. This is my go to every time I go to Hermiston, love the customer service I get from Danny Christine Alisha, Bridget all go above and beyond

After a disasterous 2 night stay in baker city we came here exhausted and dirty. Alicia checked us in and was a doll. She was kind and sweet and knows her job. Since we were so tired we asked for and received a room on the lower level as there is no elevator. She put us near an exit for easy loading in and out. When saw our room we felt elated and grateful. Best is clean comfy and felt like heaven. Sandra the head of house keeping even took us into the room. Theres 2 tvs and a small couch section. My word and two sinks one in the bathroom and one out so my husband and i can get ready together apart. Its a lot of work keeping rooms like this spotless and sandra does it with a smile. Both of those ladies need a special commendation for their kindness and incredible work. This hotel is everything you want in a hotel. Clean quiet peaceful with an excellent location next to a dennys. They offer a wine or beer at the local lounge which is a nice treat. Stay here and be nice to alicia and sandra for their kindnesses. Its worth every penny and then some!!
