The hotel is okay and has reasonable service. However the pillows and beds are hard as rocks and seriously should be renewed to something a lot more comfortable, considering the rates for a room per night. I would highly recommend bringing your own pillows and a mattress pad unless you want to wake up with a sore neck and back or not sleep at all. Probably the worst night sleep I’ve ever had. I would look somewhere else before coming here again personally.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Whomever is on shift tonight (2/15/25) at 2000-2200 completely sucks at customer service. My husband called down at 2030 for a blanket. She barely let him say the room number before saying she would try to get us a blanket.
Then at 2200, my husband called down and asked if we could get that blanket. She told him she tried knocking on our door twice and didn’t get an answer. That’s a complete lie. I was waiting and would have heard the door. Absolutely disgusting to be treated like trash when paying almost $350 for a room. When I first saw this hotel 20 years ago, I wanted to stay here. I finally get the chance and get treated like I’m at the motel 6 in downtown Phoenix. I would take Army barracks over this treatment. At least there, one expects the treatment. I will never stay here again.
On the upside, there were three towels in the room that can be used to layer under the blanket.

I seldom do a negative review, but our treatment and experience at this expensive hotel was unacceptable.

First, we reserved far in advance and were assured there would be no problem in getting a balcony room which was very important to us. However on arrival, the desk person told me that a large group had taken those rooms, even she verified that we booked first. I got the impression we were too unimportant. Another weird thing was the next thing she said. “If I see someone in the pool that does not belong, tell them to get out.”

The next morning I was accosted and yelled at by an aggressive employee, (older women), for the crime of attempting to take my husband’s breakfast to our room, I stopped getting the breakfast and dropped the paper plate and utensils in the trash. She then literally screamed at me in front of other guests accusing me of being wasteful as I was walking down the hall.

We always eat in our room at hotels and do not want public exposure considering Covid and Flu are still endemic. Also, my husband is still in bed at the early time of these hotel breakfasts.

My husband was very angry and confronted the front desk about my treatment, and told them the incident would be reported to corporate. The older woman did not care and said “go ahead and do that”. No one had name tags, so I cannot name the ambassador of ill will on your staff.

I feel that eating in our room whether food we bring or the breakfast provided is our business. Had I known about this issue we would not have booked here. We left early to another hotel because of the hostile environment.

We are retired and use many hotel chains based on our destinations, but Best Western hotels seem the be most likely to provide a sketchy experience. We’re done with this hotel and chain for good.

Clean room and modern amenities such as connections for mobile devices. Excellent breakfast choices. Friendly and efficient front desk staff. The room had a balcony that was nice to have coffee in the morning. Location is accessible from major roads.

Attempted to get a room here while driving though late in the evening. Lobby was closed with a sign showing a phone number to call to get the front desk clerk. Tried 3 times, no answer. Went to the attached bar to ask the employees if they could help, bartender pointed (disgustedly) to a rowdy table and said, "You won't be getting a room tonight, they're hammered." Lo and behold, one person at the table was wearing a Best Western uniform and was sloppy drunk. Needless to say, I didn't get a room and drove through to another hotel instead.

I wouldn't normally post a review because, hey, everyone gets crappy employees sometimes and night shifts are hard to fill. But, I called them the next morning and was brushed off like I was crazy. Not sure if drunk employee was still on the clock 12 hours later or if it was someone covering for them, but I definitely will not be staying here when I have to drive through Phx for work.

My mom and I had a nice time at this hotel in April. The bar next door was welcoming. The pool and complimentary breakfast were very nice. On our last day there, when we checked out - we decided to go to the pool, for the last hour before we flew back to Oregon. We were berated by the lady at the front desk, stating we were unregistered guests. My friend came over to drop off a few items that we left at her Aunt's house. The lady from the front desk proceeded to tell us to get out of the pool area and yelled at us. After spending a considerate amount of $$$ at this hotel, we were treated like dirt. I did not have a keycard, so she came out to let us in, then slammed the door back and had us locked into the pool area for 10 minutes or so. I started to panic that we were going to miss our flight, and there was no way out of the pool, as the gates are locked. She finally came out, to let us back in. Never again!! I have never felt like such a second class citizen in my life, at a hotel and have traveled to different places extensively.

Nice hotel with clean rooms. It had a really good continental breakfast. Quiet and peaceful, there wasn't a bunch of noise in the hallways which I enjoyed. We had a room on the second floor and it had a balcony where we could go out and have coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

This is truly one of the cleanest and nicest hotels we've stayed in. From the front desk receptionist, Shleyl, to the Manager Andy, to the awesome Doug, that runs the amazing breakfast, to Lynn and Josh in Maintenance, to the kind beautiful Housekeepers, each and everyone gave us just the most awesome service! The grounds are kept up beautifully and everyone was so accommodating!! The area is perfect - close to hiking trails and just gorgeous golf courses. The "Rodeo Bar" attached is also just the funnest!|Would recommend to anyone traveling with our without kiddos!
