I had an amazing overnight stay! The room was well-equipped, comfortable, and cleaned. The food was delicious, fresh, and warm. The hotel had great facilities, and I could easily find anything I needed. The wonderful staff—friendly, patient and always willing to help with a smile—was what truly made the stay memorable. It was a kind and inviting mindset all around. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a fun and restful visit!

My family and I stayed in this location for one night. The rooms were ok. The next morning my family and I went to see what they had for continental breakfast. Typical breakfast, cereal , yougurt, sausage links, and cold breakfast potatoes. My family consisted with 3 kids a 13, 10, 9 year old. No one was in the lobby at 6:10am this morning. My kids decided to go and help themselves to the sausage links. A elderly black women that worked there decided that she would come and sit and the lobby and watch everything that we were doing. When my kids decided to help themselves she told me that i needed to get the food for them. I questioned her and asked her why? She said because they’re children and it’s obvious. She was very rude and going back and forth with me. I told her if you don’t want kids serving there’s selfs you need to post it like the posted the sign that tells you that all breakfast items needed to be eaten in the lobby, and not be taken back to the room. She kept saying something under her breath and kept talking as she was eating something as well. Point on the matter if you don’t want kids to get the items post it so the guest can see it. Just don’t get breakfast there in the mornings she will yell at you and watch every move you make. I promise you if there was another hotel close to this area we would’ve definitely been there , and not here where you have people staring at you while you eat your food.

I recently stayed at Best Western Executive Inn in Cairo for a week in a suite room, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. The furniture, bed, and overall room setup were fantastic—everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I truly appreciate the effort the hotel puts into keeping the rooms in top condition.

The front desk team was outstanding, always ready to assist with any issues or requests. A special shoutout to the manager, Sam, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful whenever we needed him. He’s not only a great manager but also a fantastic salesperson—he helped me negotiate a great rate for my 7-day stay, which I really appreciated.

The hotel has spacious parking and serves a great breakfast, which was always fresh, clean, and well-organized. The pool was spotless, and they provided towels and washcloths whenever needed, around the clock. Housekeeping did an amazing job in keeping the room fresh and tidy every day.

I also made use of the gym, which was well-equipped and maintained. The hotel provides HDMI ports for streaming, so I was able to connect my laptop and watch movies with ease. Another modern convenience was the wall ports featuring USB and Type-C outlets, making it super easy to charge all my devices without needing extra adapters.

They also have ice available 24/7, and the vending machines were a lifesaver whenever I needed a quick drink. Plus, their laundry facility made my stay even more convenient.

Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its modern amenities, excellent service, and well-maintained facilities. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and guest-friendly place to stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

The worst part of the whole stay was the first night there and I stayed two nights only was about 11:30 PM a worker used their master key I guess and opened the door and stated I need to come in and check on the lights. My mother and me both stated you have no right in my room without permission because I have paid for this room so therefore you are not welcome. He pushed his way into the room and began looking around and looking at us we were both scared and nervous at this point because this is a strange man in our room with two ladies. I could not call the front desk because the phone did not work at all. I tried to grab my cell phone, and he stated I am leaving now so don't call and if you do no one will help you. This was very uncalled for an unappropriated to do this at a hotel. I do not know if he worked there or not because of no ID. Worst experience ever and then they will accuse you of stealing.

My experience was a nightmare! This place is Filthy. If you like filth, then you should feel right at home! But if you're interested in some where clean, with a fresh smell then run from here! I was booked for 4 nights, but after the first night, we checked out immediately. Look at the photos with the dead fly on the tub, spider webs on the ceiling, towels behind the door, not to mention holes in the sheets..wow, is all I can say.

Any good review on this place is fake & done by staff. This is by far the worst place I have ever experienced. Didn’t stay more than an hour in my room before I left due to bugs. Lied about giving me a discount & now won’t offer any refund for a room I didn’t even stay in? Disputing & going to corporate.

Just off a major highway and the rooms are outdoor entry but we had a quiet and restful sleep. Dog friendly. Reasonable prices and clean rooms. They provide a nice breakfast and there is also a restaurant attached for other meals. Appears to be popular with the locals. They say there is a fitness room but it looks to be under renovation.

I have stayed in numerous hotels, and this was the worst hotel ever. This place was not clean at all. There were roaches crawling on the floor. I had an iron but no ironing broad, so I had to use one of our towels to place on the counter to be able to iron. And the worst thing that happened was, somehow the bathroom door Locked and I was unable to get into the restroom. I woke up at 3 o’clock in the morning to use the restroom and wasn’t able to get in. I called the front desk 13 times and no answer. I walked down to the lobby area at 3 o’clock in the morning to find out that both the side door and the front door were locked with a sign stating that if you needed assistance to call the number that I had already called 13 times with no answer. Luckily, I had another family member staying at the hotel and I was able to use their restroom at 4 o’clock in the morning. I do not recommend this hotel at all. You will waste your money and their customer service was horrible. When I mentioned to them the experience I had all they could say to me was I’m sorry I’m sorry.
