!!!THIS HOTEL IS FULL OF BED BUGS. !!! We woke up full of bites.

Upon reporting this to the staff, four staff members clearly acknowledged my troubles and the fact that they are currently and have always been battling bed bugs at this location. UPON SPEAKING TO THE OWNER, HE REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE PROBLEM!?! i have made the oklahoma Health Department, Attorney General's office, and police aware of this issue. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

The room was clean. The bed was either a very cheep mattress or so old it should have been replaced a long time ago. Worst night I have had in any hotel in years. On the surface, this place looks nice, although the covers on all the chairs in the lobby should have been a clue they are hiding somthing. Breakfast was ok. But DON'T drink the coffee. We did meet a man and his wife at breakfast, and they were also complaining about the beds. We have stayed here many times in the past and are truly disappointed. Eufaula has limited hotels; you would be much better off staying somewhere else - maybe even Muskogee or McAlester.

The room was clean and having a breakfast each morning was nice but we chose this hotel so I would hangout at the pool while he fished but the pool was closed the entire time we was there. I also was thinking I be able to use the guest laundry so I would have to take a bunch of dirty fishy clothes home nope that didn't happen washer was broke as well. I feel that if u are paying more for them having the amenities u should get some refund when they are always broke. The guide that took us fishing said he has a lot of clients stay there and they always say the pool is closed

This hotel discriminates against those with disabilities. They require “papers” for service animals. There is no registration for service animals and this is clearly stated at ADA.GOV. When I asked what papers they were expecting the manager shoved a typewritten hotel policy in my face and said I could read it. I told her to get it out of my face when two others joined her and threatened to call the police and told me I had to leave. I was not given a receipt, I have no idea what their next lie will be to charge my credit card for. This place is very old, run down, the rooms have a musty odor, the elevator barely functions and the staff is extremely rude.
