This is a weird parking lot. Best of this location was was limited road noise and a good selection of meal choices within walking distance. 3 stars is average. I didn't dislike it. I didn't think this hotel was exceptional. I don't play the over rating game.

Great experience with check in. The gal was super friendly and helpful. It’s a decent hotel, especially for the price point. The rooms are huge, we had a double queen with a couch, microwave, small fridge and desk. It was clean. The beds are very comfortable. Good selection of channels on the TV. Breakfast is very basic but well stocked. It’s conveniently located near the high school (We were her for a basketball tournament) near lots of restaurants, a few grocery stores, a rite aid and a small shopping stip mall next door. Across the street is a Dutch bros, you could easily walk there. Down the street is Starbucks. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Positive: The room was incredibly spacious and clean. Negative: The breakfast was just fine. The room they serve it in is tiny so it was over-crowded with people trying to maneuver. The hot food was cold.

We were only here one night with a family of five and this hotel surprised us a ton. The room was really beautiful and VERY comfortable. The fresh cookies when we got here at 3 pm were awesome! The pool was super fun for the kids (not heated fyi which was fine). And the breakfast was really really good!

This was a great place to stay. Don't let the old-timey exterior fool you - rooms were recently remodeled, spacious, well maintained and very clean. The breakfast buffet was compact but well stocked and tasty, including a DIY waffle maker. Overall I definitely recommend it!

We reserved a room for three nights to attend our sons graduation commencement ceremony at OSU. We were also extended our stay for three nights to celebrate our honeymoon. We reserved the room on June 13th for June 14th and that night my life partner was very ill and tested positive for COVID. He had a 100 degree fever, chills, bad cough and more. We called immediately the morning of the 14th and they said we still would have to pay the $405.00 fee for the room. They didn't even say that if they filled it, they wouldn't charge us. My life partner was so ill that we missed his son's graduation. I contacted corporate and they said the Best Western Hotel was privately owned and the decision was up to the local manger. The corporate staff agreed that our request was reasonable but since the location is privately owned, the manager makes the decision. We even asked for a credit for a future time. The manager was not helpful in any way. To her rules are rules and severe illness is not accepted as a good enough reason to cancel. I am very upset with the poor service given to us.

Like the building, the crown molding around each door is a nice touch. Breakfast was good, the gym was okay, the 2 person sauna was nice. The laundry worked well. Beds were comfortable and rooms are spacious and clean. Would go back.
