The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was especially grateful to Lana at the front desk as she was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. In an unusual touch, my room had a back door for convenient access to the courtyard, pool and the restaurant where breakfast was served. The grounds were large with chairs outside and the pool was an actual lap pool. Unfortunately it wasn't heated and it was too cold to swim, although they also have a jacuzzi.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the pet-friendly atmosphere made our visit even better. Our Border Collie loved the open space to roam and play. The rooms were well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment to relax.

The buffet breakfast was a highlight, with delicious options like perfectly cooked bacon, eggs, and flavorful potatoes. Overall, a wonderful experience that catered to both us and our furry companion. Highly recommend!

Stayed here on Saturday. It was a bit disappointing. We had the Fireplace King w/ a Whirlpool tub and a fireplace. The fireplace is gas and did not work at first. We had to call maintenance for assistance. Maintenance was nice and fast, at least. The inside of the control panel of the fireplace was concerning (see attached photo). The room was very small. Breakfast was very disappointing. I read the reviews and assumed it'd be great. It wasn't. Very limited choices. No bagels or breads or toast or waffles. No bacon at all..... Who doesn't have bacon It was such a small selection. No fresh juices. No cereal dispensers, just a communal family size box of cereal from the store... what? The only good thing was the breakfast potatoes!! And who smashes sausage links like that? And the pool was closed, no one told us it would be closed. Very disappointed. I'll stay with Holiday Inn next time.

***Update to respond to the comment: The pool had been closed for a long while prior to our arriva. No one informed me when I called asking questions prior to booking. Nothing on the website during online booking..
It wasn't something that just closed. It had been closed for at least a week+, at least, according to others staying there at the time in that area. It was closed off with caution tape that even looked weathered, as if it's been awhile.

Excellent hotel with clean and very comfortable rooms. Very friendly, helpful and profesional staff! Free breakfast and pool ( summertime). Great location by very nice shopping center with great restaurants. Close to San Francisco. Very easy and pleasant check in and check out!

Had to book a last minute room in the middle of the night, and Mike was so amazing helping us get a room at a great price. It was clean, the room was cozy and warm. The room doesn't have a fridge or microwave but we didn't really need those. There was a coffee machine in the room and complementary breakfast that had good variety and tasted great! The area is so beautiful and cozy, it feels a lot safer than in downtown San Francisco. If I ever need a hotel again when I come back I'm absolutely staying here. Thanks so much Mike!

Staff was amazing! Very nice, patient, accommodating and efficient. We have stayed here many times and will continue to return. Our room was clean. The hot tub is very nice especially after a hard mountain bike ride in the headlands!

The hotel was situated right across a modern shopping center with lots of stores & restaurants & Safeway supermarket. We stayed 2 nights and use the hotel as the base to visit nearby towns. All of the main attractions are within one hour drive. We are very happy with the town itself.|This property was quite large and a regular BW ( not a BW Plus) so I did not have high expectation. Our accessible room was all the way to the end of the property. Small hallway so I wondered how a wheel chair could go through. I had a foldable walker and it barely fit. The room was on the ground floor and I did not see an elevator to go upstair. Cleanliness was average. They used a beige & brownish color for the rug so it looked old and dirty. The faucet was unusually short and hard to manage. Water pressure was good. We had a wet bar in the room so that helped a lot. There was no working desk and chair. Only a table with two heavy old chairs. In general, the room needed an update. The breakfast and the front desk services were the highlight of this hotel. The hot items varieties were much better than the last BW Plus that we stayed 2 weeks ago. The bakery items were cold and dry. Coffee was very good. It satisfied my husband Starbuck lover. There were a couple persons attending to the breakfast. Food was refilled promptly. Table cleaned right after the guests left. Breakfast was served in a separate building with lots of tables. The layout was similar to Deny’s.|Internet speed was decent. Front desk was friendly and quick to fill out any requests. Check in and out were smooth. As usual, we got 2 free bottle waters as being their members.

This BW has very old facilities. But they do a good job maintaining them. They are nicely furnished and decorated too. The lobby has an inviting atmosphere. All staff we met were great - especially Lana and Vy. They are totally friendly and helpful.
We had the executive room. All fixtures are in good condition. Our windows look out to the courtyard where has the swimming pool and mini golf.
Breakfast was great. There are many hot items as well as fruits and other staples.
Parking is easy and free.
Although the location is very close to freeway and the road, we did not hear any noticeable noise.
