For a moderate priced hotel, The Best Western Colonial Inn exceeds expectations. We were a group of 5 (grandma, mom and 3 kids) meeting up at this halfway point for a quick visit. Kaneisha at the desk helped us with the initial call to make our reservation as we needed adjoining rooms. Such professionalism and top notch customer service. Becky called to confirm our actual room numbers preference. Again, top notch customer service!
The rooms were clean and well appointed, the beds were comfy and had great pillows.the breakfast contained a very nice selection and was delicious. The evening fresh baked cookies were a great touch and enjoyed. The kids also had fun at the pool and on the swings. Both of which were on property.
The location is convenient to I75 and there are plenty of dining and gas options.
Keep up the great work. Hope to visit your location again!

We recently booked two rooms at the Best Western Colonial Inn in March 2025. We booked this location due to the price, convenient location off I-75 and good reviews. I exclusively stay at Best Western hotels, so I have a sense of quality vs price, but after staying here, this hotel did not live up to expectations.

The rooms were quite dated, especially the bathrooms. Some issues noted were the toilet paper holders falling off the walls, black mould above the showers, and one leaking toilet which was dripping onto the bathroom floor (see photos). In one shower, the faucet just spun around and around, so we were unable to have a shower in the morning. When telling the front desk about this during check-out, there was no apology or offer of assistance, just that they would let maintenance know.

The breakfast was standard basic Best Western although I found it odd that the only meat option was sausage (instead of other Best Western's offering bacon and sausage) and the only egg option was hard boiled (no scrambled option).

The mattress was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well.

All-in-all, this is a bare bones budget hotel which I give 2/5 stars and would not stay here again.

We stayed at the Best Western Colonial Inn on our trip to Florida. This hotel was located close to Rt. 75. Many restaurants within walking distance, and gas stations close by. The pool was secluded and very nice. I would stay here again on trip to Florida. The room was somewhat dated and small, but it was fine for us. Our hotel room was clean and had everything that we needed for our one night stay. Breakfast was a typical BW breakfast. Breakfast was nice way to start our trip the next day.

This is truly a great hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are new and comfortable. The rooms either have a balcony or a patio with chairs. The staff is outstanding. They are pet-friendly and have a lot of areas to walk your dogs. Please check out the sidewalk to nowhere on the backside of the pool area. LOL has to be a story there...

I have no complaints at all. It was clean, quiet, and the staff members that I interacted with were great. It's actually one of the better Best Westerns I've stayed in. There's also lots of places to eat nearby, and it's close to the highway, too.

We booked well in advance and were told we had to have a room on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Our room was far from the stairs. We were already not happy when we unlocked our door it just got better from here.. not.|The room was smelly and mustie. Then we saw the damage to the entertainment center they might of had a leak in the minifridge their words but our daughter said it looked like a hamster ate the wood.... To top it all off the door would not lock securely so there goes my husband good night sleep. Not the best

The room was clean and adequate. Small vanity and bath. King bed is high and difficult for small person. Room on street side had a lot of traffic noise. Breakfast was also adequate. Plentiful but not very hot. Coffee was not hot either. No fresh fruit. A few apples wrapped in plastic were withered and dented. It looks like it has had some recent remodeling. Room was nothing special. Just a place to sleep and shower

Convenient location off I75 and cheap. The breakfast had bacon which made my husband happy after no sleep. Bed was comfortable and ample pillows. The refrigerator in room not working, loud road noise and bathroom floor in need of TLC (dirty).
